The location was close to train station and sights were wanted to see. Very large room with the biggest king bed ever. Bento breakfast was more food than we could eat. Coffee, tea and water bar 24 hours was great!
Location is great and well set up for travellers arriving & departing at varied times of day. Luggage storage, good rest area and good communication

Śniadanie było podane w postaci boxu-nie było smaczne, po pierwszym dniu chcieliśmy zrezygnować ze śniadań ale nie było już takiej możliwości :(
Ręczniki nie są wymieniane codziennie, jeżeli chce się takiej opcji to trzeba zgłaszać codziennie w recepcji- po pierwszym dniu zapomnieliśmy zgłosić i mieliśmy ręczniki z dnia wcześniejszego 🙃
위치가 히가시긴자역에서 걸어서 3분정도 걸리고 도쿄메트로역이라서 롯폰기 긴자 우에노등 가기편했고 나리타 2터미널로도 한번에 갈수 있었다 .
편의점과 맛집도 주변검색으로 갈수있었음
일본식 와쇼쿠 도시락이 조식이였고 3가지를 번갈아서 나왔고 ㅡ4박연박 ㅡ 로비에 커피와 여러가지 빵도 무료로 먹을수 있었다 .
창문도 열수 있어서 좋았음

Staff were so nice, we had arrived, and they had brought the luggage that we had forwarded to the hotel, up to our room, making our check-in much smoother and more enjoyable as we had less to carry up. Check-in was super easy; the staff were patient with the language barrier. When we got to the room, it lived up to expectations; it was larger than a standard room you'd get in Tokyo. it had a humongous bed (like it could fit 4 of us), the shower was much bigger and spacious too, the lighting was peaceful, and there were plenty of amenities.
the location was so convenient, we weren't in the direct middle of the busy areas, but within walking distance, so less wasted time on trains and buses.
loved this place and staff were so kind, super helpful in forwarding our luggage to the next hotel too.

Hotelet var rent og god beliggenhet i Ginza. Det var lett å komme seg rundt. Liten louge og ikke særlig andre fasiliteter. Frokosten besto av en bentoboks og rundstykker og croisant. Det ble litt monotont. Det er en 7 eleven og Lawsson i nærheten, hvor man kan kjøpe noe annet mer spennende. Små rom som typiske Japanske hotelrom. Pysjamas var inkludert.

We stayed at Agora Tokyo Ginza for approximately five nights, from August 20th to 25th, during our first visit to Tokyo. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience.
The rooms are only cleaned once every three days, and because of this, basic amenities such as fresh towels, water, and coffee were not replenished daily. When we asked for water, we were told that we had to pay extra for it. Since it was our first time in Tokyo, we initially assumed this was standard practice. However, at our hotel in Kyoto, fresh towels and water were left at our door every day, even when the room was not cleaned.
The most concerning issue, however, was related to safety. During our stay, we experienced an earthquake at around 2:00 AM on August 23rd. When we tried to use the emergency/fire exits, we found that the exit doors were closed. Even after informing the staff, it was only after our second warning that we were shown how the door could be opened. Experiencing this during an earthquake was extremely worrying and made us feel unsafe.
Although the location in Ginza is convenient, the level of service and, most importantly, the safety issue we experienced left us very dissatisfied. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.
