Pros:

The location was so close to a subway entrance. It was very convenient for commuting. The hotel also had several coffee shops close by and was nearby many stores for shopping.

Pros:

Otelde çalışanlar çok iyiler. Her konuda yardımcı oldular güler yüzle. Odalar çok temiz bebeğimiz var bu konuda çok düşünceliydik fakat tek toz tanesi dahi bulamadık. Tuvaletler tertemiz. Oda içi yeni. Yatak güzel. Konum müthiş.

Cons:

Oda biraz küçük ama bence ideal.

Chouette quartier mais chambres sombres
Pros:

L’hôtel est très beau mais plus petit qu’il n’y paraît. Les chambres sont belles mais peu de place pour déposer les valises. Boissons chaudes et froides en libre service et super localisation en plein Ginza dans une rue calme. Personnel accueillant.

Cons:

Les deux gros points négatifs de l’hôtel sont les chambres avec vue sur un mur et le petit déjeuner. Il fait perpétuellement sombre dans la chambre c’est assez désagréable quand on reste plusieurs nuits. Cela aurait dû figurer clairement dans la description. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment basique nous avons préféré manger dehors.

抜群のロケーション！
Pros:

歌舞伎座観劇が目的だったので、ロケーションが素晴らしかった。チェックアウト後も、クロークで荷物を預かってくれて、東銀座駅の真上なので、羽田や成田のアクセスも大変便利。朝いただけるパンとドリンクのサービスはとて良かった。

Cons:

インバウンド対応が殆どでしょうから、仕方ないかもですが、バスタブ付きのお部屋があれば、日本人にはもっと良いかも。

Would still choose this hotel if I return
Pros:

Small and cozy. Location is humble, it isn’t on the Main Street, the side street make it cozy. No view but it’s ok. You get a good night’s rest.

Cons:

Housekeeping staffs needs more training to take care of certain details like ensuring beds are not too close the windows that limits walking and bins in the washrooms should be checked.
