The location in great
Nothing really
Staff was very kind. Everything in the room was comfortable. Excelent location, close to the station and main streets in ginza. Amazing stay. I would come back, definitely.
Manisha was a super front desk. Love her! Employee of the Year in deed
nothing
The location of this hotel was perfect for us in Tokyo - close to the shopping in Ginza but a little quieter street. On 3 subway lines, which made everything we wanted to see in Tokyo about 20 minutes away. Really clean facilities. Free coffee and light breakfast in the morning, which was great. Staff were very kind and helpful with shipping luggage to Kyoto. Bed was a king sized despite small room.
Room is small (as expected).
Small rooms but comfortable
The window opens up to the wall of the building right next to it
Location was okay
They only came to pick up our trash once and made cleaned our beds once in a weeks stay
Stayed at the AGORA in Ginza and it was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, the latte became my morning ritual, and the assortment of pastries — the fresh pan they put out daily — felt like quiet luxury. They even set it out a little early before my departure, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location couldn’t have been better
I enjoyed everything
整體來說乾淨衛生
早餐的便當碳水太多,蛋白質跟青菜太少
Pienuudestaan huolimatta huone oli viihtyisä. Suihku- ja WC-tilat oli riittävän kokoiset.
Huone oli kuuma ilmastoinnista huolimatta. Aamupala ei ollut meidän mieleen.
The staff was great.. The facility was clean.. And the location was amazing.. Rooms are smaller so make sure you cater for that before booking..
We stayed in the executive suite for 2 nights. It was exceptionally clean, large space in our suite- it was almost like an apartment (by far the largest room we had in Japan). In terms of location, it is in the heart of Ginza- most popular shops and places in Ginza are a 5-10 minute walk, I did daily runs around the Imperial Palace which was also close by, it is a 3 minute walk from the closest train station and it is in a side street so away from the hubbub of traffic and the city. A nice touch was the morning pastries offered to guests. The front desk staff were always helpful and friendly and saw to any queries that we had efficiently.
It was expensive but for the amount of space in the room and it’s prime location, it seems about right.
