Eles fizeram modificações que diminuíram muito o conforto nos quartos. As camas maiores deixaram a área para armazenar malas e se locomover muito restritas. Modificações no chuveiro não permitem que se tome banho da forma ocidental, o que é bem desagradável.

The hotel is very centrally located, clean, and offers excellent value for money, especially for Tokyo. It is a convenient base for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and many attractions.
The only downside was the size of the room, which was very small, even by Tokyo standards. Overall, however, a good and affordable choice for a stay in central Tokyo.

Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel ist das Hotel insgesamt gut. Die Lage ist hervorragend und das Zimmer war sauber.Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Hotel zufrieden und haben lediglich bereut, das teurere YA-MAN-Zimmer gebucht zu haben. Ein günstigeres Standardzimmer wäre für uns wahrscheinlich die bessere Wahl gewesen und hätte ein faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis geboten.
Wir haben im sogenannten YA-MAN-Zimmer übernachtet, das als exklusiv und geräumig beschrieben wurde. Von den beworbenen Geräten standen uns jedoch lediglich ein Haartrockner, ein Gesichtsdampfer und ein IPL-Gerät zur Verfügung. Leider waren weder das Liftlogy-Gerät noch eine Gesichtsmaske vorhanden. Auch der angekündigte Gutschein fehlte.
Das Zimmer selbst war sehr klein und bot kaum Tageslicht. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns eher wie in einer engen Schiffskabine als in einem exklusiven Hotelzimmer. Unsere Erwartungen wurden daher leider nicht erfüllt.
