My second time here!
Pros:

I was very happy to stay here again. This was actually the first hotel I chose when I visited Tokyo for the very first time in 2016, so it was a pleasure to come back.

The location is excellent, the hotel is very clean, and everything is well organized. I booked a Premium Room on the top floor, which was bright and very comfortable. I especially loved having the bed next to the large window, making the room feel even more pleasant.

The room is not large, but this is completely normal for Tokyo hotels and was exactly what I expected. The space is very well designed and everything is functional.

The staff is professional and efficient, and the entire stay was smooth from check-in to check-out.

I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel was great for shopping and dining.

Pros:

値段がかなり上下します。東京出張で安い時にはここに泊まっています。銀座へも東京駅にも徒歩で移動できて便利。部屋は普通。

Cons:

いつも一階ロビーは外国人でごった返しています。久しぶりに行ったらシーティングエリアの家具が半分くらいになりスーツケース置き場になってました。

The staff were friendly, and the location was great. It was within walking distance of many places, making it easy to get around! And It’s very convenient to travel to and from Narita Airport by bus:)

Cons:

There was a very unpleasant urine smell coming from the bathroom. It didn’t seem like it was caused by missing a day or two of cleaning. I believe the bathroom should be cleaned thoroughly every day.
