Bestimmt war es früher ein Super Hotel! Aber für 2 Tage war es soweit gut und sehr ruhig.
Pros:

Gute Lage, wenn man Ruhe braucht, Hotel fast wie nur für uns. Sauna kostenlos, Schwimmbad ganztägig. Zimmer groß. Sehr großes Bett! Es wurde sogar Baby Bett ohne Anfrage vor dem Zimmer gestellt. Frühstück für 6€ ausreichend.

Cons:

Möbel und Fernseher alt, Kaffeemaschine unten defekt. Und ja kein Personal vorhanden, zufällig haben wir eine Frau vom Personal getroffen und Bescheid gesagt. Aber nicht mehr gebraucht. Frühstück leider im anderen Hotel, obwohl einen Raum dafür gibt. Tischtennis und Billard Zimmern mit kleiner Kinderecke sehr abbenutzt.

Für den Preis okay
Pros:

Günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, netter Empfang an der Hotelrezeption, Abwicklung einfach und problemlos. Ausstattung einfach, aber für den Preis akzeptabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr günstig, befand sich jedoch im 3km entfernten Haupthotel. Toll fanden wir, dass Duschgel, Seife und auch Kosmetiktücher im Bad zur Verfügung gestellt wurden und auch viele Handtücher für uns bereit lagen.

Cons:

Der Pool war sehr frisch. Die Teppichböden im Zimmer und auch im Frühstücksraum im Haupthotel waren schon grenzwertig. In dem Nebenhaus war der Allgemeinzustand generell sehr abgewohnt. Die Dusche war nicht sehr sauber, der Dreck aus den Fugen konnte mit dem Finger weggewischt werden.

The swimming pool was nice. The appartment was huge. The property itself has a lot of potential, and with proper renovation, maintenance, and better guest service, it could become a pleasant place to stay.

Cons:

The property seems very outdated, with furniture that is extremely old and heavily worn. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom throughout our stay.
There was no kitchen and no breakfast on site. We were told to drive about 3 km to another hotel for breakfast, and the nearest bakery was around a 15-minute drive away. The only option available on site was a coffee vending machine.
Communication was also poor. It was difficult to reach the property by phone, and we received only one reply through Booking.com messages.
Finding the room was surprisingly difficult. There is no reception at the property, and the room is located at the end of a maze of long corridors with multiple staircases. We only managed to find it thanks to other guests.
We decided to leave after just one night because the experience was far below our expectations.

Pros:

Wir waren in der Außenstelle in Fleckl. Großer Pool, neue Sauna, großer Garten. Das Zimmer auch sehr geräumig für 3 Leute und mit Terrasse in den Garten und neuem Badewannenbad. Die Zimmer und große Teile des Hauses sind noch recht veraltet, aber für den Preis inklusive Frühstück gibt es da garnichts dran auszusetzen.

Cons:

Internet war definitiv nicht highspeed, ist leider oft sehr schwach gewesen.

Es war scheußlich!!
Pros:

Einzig die Bettwäsche war schön

Cons:

Check in im 5 Fahrminuten entfernten „Mutterhotel“ (stand auf einem angeklebten Zettel an der Tür, da wäre denn auch das Frühstück gewesen, wenn ich es denn genommen hätte), 70er Jahre Stil, Labyrinth-Gänge zu den Zimmern, alles dekoriert mit Weihnachtsdeko, zusammengewürfelten Stühlen, Babybett… spartanisches Zimmer im 70er Jahre Charme, genau 2 Sender waren im TV zu empfangen. Hierher komme ich nie wieder, zum Glück war es nur eine Zwischenübernachtung auf der Weiterfahrt. Ich habe mich selten so unwohl in einem Hotel gefühlt!!

Nicht schön
Cons:

Es ist sehr alt etwas heruntergekommen.
Zum Check und und out muss ich erstmal 3 Kilometer in ein anderes Dorf fahren.
Es war daher sehr aufwändig und auch stressig.
Die Sauna war abends noch an aber nicht wirklich warm.
Das Schwimmbad ist sehr alt und eher verlassen.
Es riecht sehr modrig in den Zimmern und gleicht einer alten Jugendherberge.
Also für das Geld nicht empfehlenswert.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Man musste 3 Km ins Haupthaus fahren um einzuchecken. Die Ausstattung war aus den 60-iger, die Matratze durchgelegen. Ich wollte ein Einzelzimmer und bekam eine dunkle Kellerwohnung mit 5 Betten in 3 Zimmern und ein sehr abgewohntes Wohnzimmer.
