Ugh, I hate how the shower water's always too hot even when I turn it to cold! It's the same with the sink. And that treadmill? Only 20 minutes before you have to start over?! Plus, their gym isn't open 24/7.
The building is satisfactory. However, staff responsiveness and friendliness, particularly toward new customers, require improvement.

Sink in washroom was stuck.
Informed manager got sheets replaced but had no statisfied answer and never got back to me.
The hotel is aesthetically pleasing. However, the front desk staff require further training in guest relations to improve their welcoming and friendly demeanor. The housekeeping staff provided excellent service. Manager Ann was helpful, and the rooms were clean and tidy.

Great Hotel. We were on the 12th floor. Amazing city view. Even better than ocean view. Nice 14 floor roof top pool with a view as this hotel is tall. I didn't really like the area as too far from central Dubai. but otherwise great
I moved here for the last night of my 8 night trip in Dubai and wish I had stayed here the entire time. Convenient to several tourists options and the airport.

Excellent place for a stay.
The hotel is centrally located for a tourist. Hakim went out of his way to help with my comfort and to provide information about places of interest. There is a shop in the lobby that has a great selection and excellent prices (plan to negotiate a bit). Enjoyed the pool too.
Decent area. There was leakage in side of wash basin faucet. Hotel said they would take care of it. The AC worked uncontrolled. Need working AC controller for proper temp control
Stay at the hotel was blighted by not being given the room I was booked. I am tall person and booked a king size room. I was offered only a twin. The hotel is clean and welcoming and with daily transfers to the two Dubai locations (beach and mall). They do not provide complimentary or discounted airport transfers; there is a third-party taxi service. I asked for compensation for the discomfort of the bed but the hotel refused.
