Pros:

The food was good, a lot activities everyday. Very close to the skilift

Cons:

There was always a pee smell in the toilet even if there was freshly cleaned

Boa estadia
Pros:

Staff muito simpático. Localização ótima para acesso às pistas. Comida bastante boa e variada no buffet. Adorei o pequeno almoço, com oferta de máquinas/centrifugadoras para fazer sumos naturais de frutas e legumes. Ótima experiência no restaurante Mont Blanc onde experimentamos raclette. Apesar do check-out ser às 10h, o hotel permite a utilização do resort, da ski room e dispõe de uma sala de cortesia onde podemos tomar banho, bem como serviço de guarda bagagens.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto ficou aquém das expectativas. Havia bastante pó no chão, dando a impressão de que só os lençóis eram trocados entre os hóspedes.

Beautiful location surrounded by great facilities , lovely staff.
Pros:

Excellent position , lovely staff , all inclusive deal is great value with buffet meals and free bar. The views are spectacular and good public transport which is free. Very good evening entertainment.

Cons:

A few of the guests need a lesson on how to eat without throwing food about but the staff coped very well.

Un séjour très agréable
Pros:

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour à l’hôtel Belambra. La configuration amusante de cet hôtel fait que nous n’entendons pas du tout les chambres Voisines. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour vous, renseigner, accompagner guider et vous satisfaire.

Cons:

Le monde au moment des repas… il suffit de se décaler dans les horaires pour que ce soit plus calme.

Hotel club bien placé sur les pistes
Pros:

Emplacement au pied des pistes et du coeur de vie des Arcs 1850. Tres bien.
Bon point pour La qualité et la variété de la nourriture et la diversité du petit déjeuner pour satisfaire les sportifs avec des aliments diététiques.
de plus le petit restaurant complémentaire le soir spécial montagne est tres bon aussi.

Cons:

Espace bar détente en fin de journée trop petit pour tous les vacanciers - nous étions un groupe de 11 et c'était compliqué de reussir à avoir un espace tous ensemble : idem pour les repas ou nous devions à chaque fois prévenir les responsables de nous garder une table globale ..... c'était pas évident , meme si la nourriture était tres bien.
je pense qu'il devrait y avoir une personne à l'accueil des restaurants qui placeraient les clients, car parfois un couple (2 personnes) s'installent sur une table haute pour 12 personnes) et donc pénalisent les groupes (ca nous est arrivé)

Tres bon séjour!
Pros:

magnifique vue sur les sapins. Emplacement idéal et belle station. Bar très sympa et cocktails excellents ! personnel très gentil et equipe d animation au top !!

Cons:

La propreté des toilettes communes pourraient etre améliorées. Il manquait du personnel au restaurant je pense
