Good
Hidden gem! Comfortable bed, nice sheets and bathrobes.
Bathroom has no door, there are no chairs in the room. Wouldn't recommend.
It was a nice stay, Room was nice had fun at Crystal Bay Casino and food at the Steak house was excellent.
We stayed here because we went to see Ward Davis. The concert and venue was awesome and the room was great.
Service was great too. We would stay again.
The staff was so friendly
Great location, close to Soule Domain restaurant and King’s Beach. The interaction with check-in staff was WEIRD. A lot of whispering to each other before someone finally rung us up, said almost no words, handed us keys, and pointed to the casino exit. There’s no elevator (we were on the second floor; my friend has knee issues, so that was a bummer), and parking is limited. The furniture was a little dated, but the room was quiet and beds were comfortable.
Loved the outside old structure and the inside had been upgraded. Would love to know more about the history of the house.
There were cracks in the door where the light could come through. And you could hear everyone in the hallway, but the beds were comfortable. The towels were amazing and the the hotel room was super cute
nice hotel
An excellent little boutique hotel. Quiet, comfortable room, staff responded quickly and courteously. We will stay there again.
Nice layout , property and convenient.
The restaurant was quaint, and the food was terrific. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and conformable.
I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend, and it was wonderful! This is such a charming property. Parking was easy, room was clean and comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again!
What an absolute gem in North Tahoe! We have a home close undergoing renovation and stayed somewhere we’ve driven past for 25 years! So pleasantly surprised! Will definitely refer for overflow visitors in the future!
The Property was clean and the room was spacious.
The bathroom needs to be more private. In particular, the toilet room (water closet) needs to have a door and no opening to the sink/shower area.
Room was large and clean.
I wish there were more to do in walking distance, very limited to only 2 casinos, not even a coffee shop.
Friendly Staff, clean and private rooms
I loved the quaintness of the property. The room was perfect. And the shower (I know it's weird) had one of the greatest temperatures and pressure I have had in a hotel
This is a hotel with a casino in it. My son wanted to play casino games before a day of snowboarding. It was clean and recently updated bathroom. Very comfortable beds. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the dimly lit room. There were canned ceiling lights that had covers more appropriate for aiming at hung pictures. There was only one table lamp with a black shade. One of the two bathroom mirror’s lights weren’t working. For one night it was ok but very overpriced.
