Pros:

The 4 hours of sleep per night disturbed by other people that were apparently living there. Fights, arguments, no housekeeping, was provided one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag. Bed bugs, and spiders

Cons:

Too much to list, other people hated $200 for a month, while i payed over 400 for a week. No veteran discount at the least.

Pros:

Loved the front desk guy! BUT something’s you should know.. there are no towels or rags beyond the initial set NO EXTRA ANYTHING beyond what’s given the first day. Not the cleanest of places but you get what you pay even still I was like okayyyyy but they are “renovating” we had extra guest come stay a few nights, roaches. But again staff was friendly

Bare bones, but worth the rate.
Pros:

The low rate attracted us, but you get what you pay for. This was very bare bones living. No dishes, pots or pans are provided. You only get 1 towel and wash cloth a piece and 1 roll off toilet paper. Bed linens are replaced once a week. Office hours are 11-6, closed Sundays. You are expected to use on-site laundry. Next time we'll know to bring kitchen items. You get what you pay for, but the rate was worth it in the end.
