Pretty dang good
Pros:

Very conveniently located, hotel was clean and looked 'pretty'.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't well managed, everyone wants the breakfast sandwiches and there wasn't really enough to go around. Also the yogurt toppings were out by 8.

A unexpected find that left us happy we booked a room at this hotel.
Pros:

My family and I stayed at this property for one night as a last minute booking and we were pleasantly surprised at how well taken care and clean the facilities were. The cost for one night was affordable and we had easy access by either walking to Mall of America or hotel provided shuttle services to and from the mall as well as shuttle services to the airport. The breakfast was good, the waffles were a hit with my kids. Staff at the desk did an excellent job checking us in with ease.

Pros:

I had stayed in the other side of the property the night before. I wasn’t disappointed with like I thought I might have been.

Cons:

I had to remind the front desk clerk that I was entitled to bottle of waters as a special member. This has just occurred with the customer in front of me.
