The room was clean, except for a slightly dirty floor. The "Master" switch that controlled an overhead light also controlled the outlets, so they were useless.

Came in to a nice clean lobby! Associate there was so nice and friendly! Room was nice, clean and plenty of room! Only bad thing is the chairs were too short for the desk area! The guy cleaning during the day was very pleasant and did amazing keeping the place clean!
Didn’t realize it was an extended stay so I didn’t bring blow dryer! Didn’t realize breakfast wasn’t served but it’s okay there was a breakfast place next door!
Checking out was easy and associate was so pleasant and friendly! Keep up the great job because we will be back!

There isn't much to complain about here,, except for maybe the coffee makers have been broke and I really like coffee... The place is clean it's quiet unless you get a kid above you who runs all night long.. The people are friendly the staff is great when you're asking for help or anything and so all in all it's been a really good stay except for you know the coffee...lol

Easy in and out, it was a place to stay and it served its purpose well. Friendly staff.

The Hotel itself is nice. The hotel puts a $100 security deposit on the room. We were only staying one night. This seems excessive. It should be put on the app before someone decides to stay.Now it could take 3 to 7 days to release off my card. Side note the staff seemed preoccupied with flirting with a man in the lobby.

The construction noise was loud... The a/c in the room wouldn't stay on and never got below 72 degrees and it was literally 100 degrees outside. We went and bought a fan for the room to be bearable.

The place was clean and that’s all I liked about it. It was noisy at night there was this person with an SUV that would pump his music late at night and you can hear people outside being loud late at night but what really got me is that this place took some random money off my debit card and when I asked about it they acted as if they knew nothing about it. Acted as if I was just suppose to be ok with it. When I told the manager about it, she was rude and not helpful. Took them over a week to return that money to me.

Everyone either had a different answer for everything or they said "I don't know" I work nights so that means I sleep during the day.I notified them of this when I checked in and they put me where it would be the most traffic right next to vending machines, front drdk, lobby and exercise room. Can I move to another room? No this is the room you selected on line. Someone knocked or banged on the door all day long. And then they said someone will be in to check fire alarms. Then it was air condition cleaning the next day. And you only get the toliet paper thats in to our room more cost extra and the coffee in the lobby that looks complimentary, nope gotta by a pot of coffee nothing free there. Stayed there for 18 days and had to pay if you want wifi. That's not what the advertisement said.
Extra towels? They cost extra. Tbey only clean the room every 14days otherwise it cost you extra to change the sheets.
Do not disturb tag.. nope they don't have them
Why didn't I move to another hotel because I paid in full and there are. No refunds hadn't even stayed one night yet. This was a disaster, and I am so tired because I never got a full night's sleep. Needless to say. .. I don't recommend! Stay at the one near the airport.

Was good but they take 100 dollar deposit.

The property was nice. Bring a night mask as the rooms are slightly lit from outdoor lighting. Due to thin walls, expect to hear the traffic in the halls.

Wood spring was a great place to stay. Good affordable rates and the room was nice with no issues. Thanks and I will return.

The rooms were nice and clean we stayed fir 3 nights and never had a maid come to clean that was the only thing that wasn’t great the staff was awesome even getting us a hot cup of coffee when the machine was shut down very friendly and professional

Check in was simple and fast. Great service and the room was nice and clean. Recommend it for the value!

Property it's all new thus it looks it feels pretty clean. Loved that it has full fridge, microwave, and range.
Poor on not having extra pillows, extra sheets, extra towels, toilet paper, iron and a "Do not Disturb" sign.
Maybe a more choice of snack machine.
