Categories

Cleanliness
7.9
Many guests praise the hotel as very clean, but several reports note issues (mold in shower, poor drainage, and occasional unpleasant smells near rooms), so cleanliness is slightly below the overall target.
Service
9.9
Consistently excellent: numerous mentions of very friendly, helpful and prompt staff, amazing customer service, early check-in accommodated, multilingual front desk — justifies a top score.
Location
9.6
Frequently noted as very convenient and centrally walkable: close to restaurants, shops, 24h supermarket and safe for night walks, making location a strong positive.
Room Quality
7.6
Mixed: rooms described as small and functional; some guests found mattresses too firm and reported drainage/mold issues, so room comfort is below average for this dataset.
Amenities
8.7
Good practical amenities mentioned (coin laundry, wheelchair service, branded security, nearby 24h supermarket). Breakfast/service areas can be busy but amenities are useful and adequate.
Value for Money
9.3
Multiple reviewers call it a good budget option or recommend it; perceived as good value given location, service and cleanliness overall.
Food and Beverage
8.4
Mixed feedback: some guests praise an excellent, varied breakfast and a passionate restaurant team; others find the breakfast lackluster or the buffet small and crowded.
Overall Experience
9
Generally very positive: many guests report pleasant stays, staff going above and beyond, and experiences that exceeded expectations despite a few room/food inconsistencies.

Pros:
