Absolutely Amazing. Comfort, cleanliness, no noise, convenient, great cost. everything close by!

The location was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cost was effective. Very nice property on the riverwalk. Central to everything. We were there for a volleyball tournament and it was walking distance to the convention center and to parking lots that were under 10.00 per night. I refused to valet for 65.00 a night -that would have been my only negative is the price of parking at hotels in today's economy. However, there was a parking lot for 5.00 per day. So for 3 days I was there - I only paid 10.00 for parking and found a street parking for free on Sundays.

Perfect place to enjoy the Riverwalk in San Antonio!
Pros:

Great modern design and location on the Riverwalk. Filtered water dispensers on each floor and a glass bottle in your room. Expensive valet but every every penny. Great customer service.

Cons:

I liked that they gave you an $18 credit per day ( since you have to pay that as a resort fee) and two complimentary cocktails - but those cocktails are cheap champagne - so it felt like a scam to get you to the bar / one sip and you’ll be buying a drink 🥃

The staff in the Otro was amazing. My husband was making a music video and the staff was very accommodating to the videographer. The video turned out fabulous.
