The best stay I have been to in San Antonio.
Pros:

Everything was amazing! All the staff were so welcoming and quick on room service. The room was amazing, made it hard to leave in the morning.

Great location right on the River Walk! The on-site restaurants had many delicious options (don't sleep on Lo Cura right under the bridge) with many more choices within walking distance.

Would not stay there again
Pros:

Location (as it was the point to meet our fellow travelers on a bike tour). Internet working well.

Cons:

Interior design, bare concrete floor and barn type sliding doors in the living area? Floor looked dirty and spilled on (but could be part of the design). Pretzels on the floor, however, are another matter. Obvious housekeeping problems (non working light on the bedstand). Luckily we arrived late (after 10pm) and had to leave early.
