Nice, short stay :)
Pros:

Location was awesome. The staff was super friendly and my room was so nice and sparkly clean. I was in a corner and the view was beautiful. I love how the floor was concrete. I felt like it easier to keep clean. I did valet parking and the vehicle always arrived super quickly.

Cons:

The only thing that was surprising was the amount of homeless people around the hotel. It may just be like that in the area ?? And the ice machine was not working on my floor - that was no bueno.

Convenient location. Otro bar had a nice atmosphere and seating area, esp inside.

Cons:

Ice maker did not get fixed. The river view was a joke, could barely see it from the 13th floor. Valet parking absurdly high. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Pros:

The location was perfect. Right on the Riverwalk. No issues with it being loud.

Cons:

While it is supposed to be modern and trendy, the room's floors and walls were concrete and felt utilitarian and cold. My sons feet were black from crawling on the floor. It was not very family-friendly, we weren't aloud on the rooftop area because it is 21 and up. While we didn't eat there, the restaurant location and quality looked nice. It would be a great stay for couples without kids, families should look elsewhere.
