Beautiful hotel and a great location but be wary of the room charges.
Pros:

The location is wonderful right on the Riverwalk. The rooms were very comfortable although I wasn’t expecting polished concrete flooring.

Cons:

The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to sort out what should have been simple transactions. There were 4 of us at breakfast. We split the check between two rooms…2&2. One room ended up being charged for 4 breakfasts and the other room for 2. I spoke to the front desk who assured me it would be fixed but it was not. We were sent 2 receipts for the one room. They dish not correct the error but just changed the $60.88 charge from being labeled Domingo’s (the 2 extra meals) to no label at all. The total stayed the same. Very disappointing.

Sehr gute Unterkunft 🥰
Vor allem wenn man am abend noch in der Stadt sein will und am Riverwalk gehen will :)
Habe es super gefunden das es vom Hotel Restaurant gleich zum Riverwalk gegangen ist.
Weiters ist in der Nähe eine Parking Garage für 10$ am Tag was wir definitiv weiterempfehlen würden anstatt beim Hotel zu parken.

Pros:

La ubicacion estuvo espectacular, esta al lado del riverwalk y es perfecto para caminar y volver al hotel sin problema, las habitaciones super limpias y comodas. y el servicio increible todos fueron superamables.

Cons:

La verdad el unico inconveniente es que creimos que tenia el desayuno incluido porque eso decia al momento en que elegi la habitacion pero luego no lo encontre por ningun lado y ellos tampoco supieron decirnos si si o no.

Fun trip to the River Walk.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. Great spot on the River Walk. Room was large and comfortable.

Cons:

The parking/valet was $65.00 a day and there was daily resort charge around $18.00 per day, in addition to the fee paid at booking.com.
