They did move us to a different room, but our night was still uncomfortable worrying that there would be more bugs.
Pros:

It was close to the event I was attending.

Cons:

The room #123 was musty and stinky when we checked in. The front desk gave me some Fabreeze to spray the room. We did then went to our event. Upon returning, the carpet by ac was soaking wet, the room had a horrible odor again. Then my husband pulled the covers back on the bed and there was a roach. There was also one crawling up the wall.

The amount debited from my account is more than what was in my reservation. I was also charged twice for one night due to migration to a new system as claimed by the front desk staff.
Why should your customers account be over charged due to your internal operation issues ?????? This is so unfair. There was not prior notification...very bad

Limited breakfast options and the timing is not so convenient. It should be extended to 10pm

The cleaner only made the bed and left the floor of the room dirty

It’s a clean nice place for a night or two.

This was a nice clean place. Good location

Cons:

I had pre paid through booking.com but the front desk clerk would not believe that I paid and refused to let me check in which by the way it was 4 pm and my room was not ready. Very annoying so what am I supposed to do? Gave him my credit card and I was charged twice! American Express told me to go back to booking.com for the refund. Good luck with that. Between AI and foreign customer service was not able to get a refund. So then I called Fairfield. They have refunded the extra charge. (Still not showing on credit card statement) but can’t get back the 2 hours dealing with this. Lesson learned. Will never use booking.com again. Sorry. Your customer service is awful. Also, train your front desk people!
