It’s a clean nice place for a night or two.
Pros:

This was a nice clean place. Good location

Cons:

I had pre paid through booking.com but the front desk clerk would not believe that I paid and refused to let me check in which by the way it was 4 pm and my room was not ready. Very annoying so what am I supposed to do? Gave him my credit card and I was charged twice! American Express told me to go back to booking.com for the refund. Good luck with that. Between AI and foreign customer service was not able to get a refund. So then I called Fairfield. They have refunded the extra charge. (Still not showing on credit card statement) but can’t get back the 2 hours dealing with this. Lesson learned. Will never use booking.com again. Sorry. Your customer service is awful. Also, train your front desk people!

I will not ever stay again. And I’m making sure others know.
Pros:

Area not kept clean. Bacon was not completely cooked. Person was on her phone instead of keeping area clean and refilled. Went to ask for more half and half and she was on her phone. Food areas and tables NOT CLEAN.

Cons:

Room only had three towels and two wash clothes and hand towels. Had to ask for more. Told front desk about brown substance on wall in bathroom in two places. Toilet paper roll dispenser was weird and hard for us all to get to roll off any amount of toilet paper. Traffic noise was horrible!!! Had a phone call to the manager of this location a week before we were to arrive and no response.i called twice and left messages No professionalism or kindness. I’ve been staying with the holiday inn near your location and they were wonderful! I only tried you because you were closer after our family after they moved to your area. I WILL NOT USE YOU EVER AGAIN BECAUSE OF LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND NO KINDNESS! As I checked out a mother with a baby was denied kindness. So I said something to your employee. NO KINDNESS!!!!

Stay while visiting family over spring break. Good location and close to various stores
Pros:

Breakfast was ok although I wish they would have had plain eggs or hard boiled eggs at some point

Cons:

That the pool was cold and the room wasn’t hot enough for how cold the room was.

Loved breakfast coffee issues sometimes (not hot) great stsf very friendly
Execercise room was clean
Bed was great!

Cons:

Bit noisy room location.. shower water pressure was meh could've been better

Bland and not so great
Pros:

The breakfast was horrible. The staff seemed a bit on the shady side. The guy that worked the night I checked in was under dressed. His clothes were shabby. The lady that worked that morning appeared exhausted and dull. So more prep in the step and dress for success. The breakfast bar was just horrible. The oatmeal was water and not cooked. The eggs and sandwiches were rubbery.

Cons:

See above. The price was extremely high.

I would never stay there again.
Pros:

It smelled like something died in there.

Cons:

I had to turn my pillow to the front desk at 11:30 at night because it smelled so bad.
Then I discovered it wasn't just the pillow. It was the bed also and the floor beside the bed.

Pros:

Breakfast should be improved .
Bed height from floor was very uncomfortable for me. I also reported to front desk but no response. I had uncomfortable sleep. I requested to connect with manager but no body contacted me.
