Solides Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage, sehr freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind einfach, haben aber alles, was man braucht. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht riesig, aber in Ordnung. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Personal war äußerst freundlich.

Cons:

Schattenseite der zentralen Lage: Auf der Straße vor dem Hotel (Ring um die Innenstadt) gibt es abends noch Autolärm von getunten Autos und Motorrädern. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, und die Schallisolierung der Zimmer ist immerhin verhältnismäßig gut. Der Preis ist meines Erachtens etwas hoch für den eher mittleren Standard bei Zimmern und Frühstück; allerdings scheint das in Dortmund auch bei anderen Unterkünften so zu sein.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt und den Preis trotzdem empfehlenswert
Pros:

Preis-Leistung war super.

Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an einer der Hauptverkehrsstraßen, wo es nachts, trotz 30er Zone und erhöhtem Polizeiaufkommen, sehr laut ist. Hupkonzerte, knallende Auspuffanlagen und Minirennen stehen hier an der Tages (Nacht) Ordnung. Die Fenster halten diese Geräusche nicht auf. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster somit unmöglich.

Beim Frühstück leider auch sehr wenig Auswahl. Wir hatten schon größere Auswahl für das selbe Geld.

Steckdosen- & Mülleimermangel im Zimmer.

Bei Einzelbetten: seeeeeehr schmal. Selbst kleine Personen (wie wir) haben Probleme, darin zu schlafen.

Very good value for money.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Taxi call in 5 minutes. Pillows and duvet very comfortable. Staff very kind and helpful.

Cons:

No refrigerator. No phone. No garbage bin by desk.

Zusätzliche Gebühr für den früheren Bezug der bereits fertigen Zimmer hat das alles getrübt!!

Sauberkeit und schneller Check Inn

Cons:

Wir waren vor 15 Uhr angekommen! Die Zimmer waren bezugsfertig und dennoch wurde eine Gebühr von 15€ je Zimmer für den früheren Bezug erhoben! Abzocke.
