Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, Halbpension war sehr gut, sogar die Getränke waren beim Abendessen inkludiert. Toller Pool, leider öffnet dieser erst mittags.

Pros:

Przyjazna obsługa, cisza, spokój, śniadanie smaczne.

Cons:

Zamknięty basen wieczorem i otwierany dopiero w południe. Brak obsługi na obiekcie w godzinach nocnych (po 21 opuszczają hotel). Design pokoi i łazienki trochę słaby jak na 4* spokojnie możnaby już wyremontować.

Pros:

Výhled kousek od hotelu u lanovky byl pěkný.

Cons:

Během našeho ubytování byly v hotelu ubytovaní i skupiny dětí (asi nějaké soustředění) a bylo dost nepříjemné, když se asi 50 dětí nahrnulo u snídaně ke švédským stolům a křičeli tak, že jste neslyšeli sami sebe. Samozřejmě byl pak všude bordel, na zemi se válely párátka, párky a croissanty.

Dále každou noc hrozný hluk pod balkóny, hlasitá hudba i ve 2 ráno, takže to rozhodně není klidný hotel v přírodě, kde se dá krásně vyspat.

U snídaně bylo občas špatně umyté nádobí, dokonce ze sklenice s džusem jsem cítil zbytky piva.

Kromě výhledu kousek od hotelu v okolí vlastně nic není a není tu moc co dělat.

Pros:

It was our second stay within one week. What we particularly like about this place is how calm and relaxing it is. The swimming area is lovely, there were only a few other families, and the playroom for children near the pool is a nice addition.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this time we were assigned a room next to the entrance. Our balcony was located above the kitchen delivery area, and a damaged air-conditioning unit nearby regularly started running during the night, creating noticeable noise. This was quite disappointing, as during our first stay we enjoyed the fresh air and peaceful atmosphere of the forest at night.

In addition, I would recommend including bathrobes and wellness towels in the room rate. While the extra charge is not high, it feels somewhat unusual for a hotel positioned as a wellness destination.

Finally, in the restaurant buffet area, the information frame next to the coffee machine had broken glass, which could be repaired for both safety and presentation reasons.

Cons:

Nesposobno osebje, vsi po vrsti.
Hrana v restavraciji To Go obupna, dnevne jedi na žlico dvakrat od treh dneh ni bilo, pice imajo zmrznjene in so postrežene pol tople pol mrzle, en dan ni bilo nič od ocvrtega, ker niso očistili friteze in zamenjali olja. Ko naročiš, čakaš tudi po eno uro (za vse - toast, solato, dnevno juho...).
Soba cisto zraven vhoda v hotel, pozno zvečer ljudje na terasi, zgodaj zjutraj glasno osebje. Klima na balkonu zelo glasna. Na takšen način se težko naspiš.
