Cons:

Sadly, this hotel fell well short of expectations. Cleanliness, food, and service were all disappointing and not at the level of a 4-star property. We booked based on the numerous positive reviews, but our experience was completely different. Perhaps we were unlucky, but overall this was a below-average stay that did not offer good value and did not meet the standards advertised.

Etwas abseits gelegen gut geeignet zum Entspannen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist idyllisch am Berg, keine Hektik und viel Natur direkt vor der Haustür.

Cons:

Um kurz vom Berg Richtung Maribor zu fahren ist man mindestens 30 Minuten unterwegs. Beim Frühstück muss man Stoßzeiten vermeiden, ansonsten entsteht “Kantinenflair”.

Pros:

Location is great, on the mountains, there’s a whole village that you can visit by foot. Easily reachable to the ski slopes
Great indoor pool

Cons:

This is definitely not a 4* hotel… maybe 3*
Room very simple, basic bathroom.
Very uncomfortable beds & pillows.
Our room was right next to the outside terrace and at 23:45 in the night there were still customers being very loud right next to our terrace door.

Le personnel était très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sous forme de buffet étaient tres bien. Le rapport qualité prix était assez exceptionnel.

Cons:

L'absence de climatisation car il faisait très chaud dans la chambre.

Pros:

Doručak je bio izvrstan, jako veliki izbor.

Cons:

Voda u tušu se nije mogla dobro namjestiti, povremeno je tekla vrela voda bez razloga. Mislim da bi to trebalo popraviti.
