A budget hotel that charges expensive fees
Pros:

The room is very clean but not all.
It is a part.

Cons:

Tv remortcontrol was bad reaction.
Very hard to use it.
The room itself was clean and wonderful.
However!!
While the exterior of the chest used as a TV stand was clean, pulling open the top drawer revealed a glass pipe, likely used for smoking drugs, left untouched.
It was probably left behind by a previous guest and never cleaned.
The lingering smell in the room was also unpleasant.
Furthermore, the shower leaks like a flood into the dressing room/toilet antechamber.
This completely soaked the entire. This is terrible!
And above all, the price is simply too high!! About $500 for two nights!
Realistically, even half that price would be too much.
In fact, the hotel I stayed at the night before this one cost less than half that for two rooms!!
This is a major issue that needs urgent improvement!!

Pros:

This place isn't as pictured. It's pretty shabby, no dishes in the kitchen and the bathroom sink is separate from the shower and toilet. The patio was dirty with no furniture, so we didn't sit outside. There is a pool, but not inviting. The best part was the location near the Flamingo resort and Montgomery Village. We won't be returning here.

The hotel was in a good location close to stores and services and there was a very good cafe on site, though it was not operated by the hotel. My room, however, was in a terrible location with my window opposite a maintenance closet, that made it so dark I had to turn on lamps during the day. The guy in the office was less than friendly and I was given no info regarding the maid service, of which there was none during the 4 days of my stay. Nor was there any written info in the room.

Pros:

We stayed three nights. Our room was never cleaned while we were there. I asked the office manager why the room was not cleaned, after we placed the please clean card on the outside door, and I was told the maid called in sick! We had to go to the laundry room to get clean towels.

The location is great, the staff is friendly, if the could provide better service things would be great.

Unfair and disappointing
Pros:

There was nothing really I liked

Cons:

I didnt like the host at the desk, he seemed like he didnt really know what he was doing. I was charged $15 for nothing cause my room was left clean. It was dirty outside and the inside was ok. The pictures show a way nicer place than actual property. I wont stay here again.

There was hardly any towels & toilet paper, only one coffee, the front desk couldn’t get the payment and deposit right. They knocked on our door wondering if they gave us the wrong room. Later they called us again about our card and made me go to the front desk, only to witness they were wrong again. We will never stay there again. I can’t believe it was $173 per night for a dive. We’ve spent less for nice hotels

Convenient location
Pros:

Conveniently located near downtown Santa Rosa. IHOP, Safeway, and a gas station are within walking distance. Room was comfortable enough for a one night stay.
