Great building, great size and great location.
Need a larger chair or chairs in den.
Bathroom needed some hooks on the wall around the shower area for towels.
The location made it very easy to walk around the city. The layout in Unit 305 allowed for privacy as the rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. There is maintenance personnel and housekeeping nearby to promptly respond to any calls. The surface parking lot near the Alexandre wasn’t too pricey (~$40 per night) and we always found parking. The decor in the apartment felt curated without being overwhelming making it feel homely.
The teflon pots and pans were scratched and we were not able to use them rendering having a full size stove not useful. The master bedroom king size bed could have either had appropriately sized pillows or a couple additional ones. The toaster only toasted one side of each slice. These issues were brought to the property management company’s attention at the beginning of the 5-night-stay, were acknowledged, but not able to be addressed.
Very nice appartement. No hotel amenities but none expected. Parking was expensive in the area but that was expected too.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I didn't interact with staff during our stay, but my questions beforehand were answered quickly. Check in was easy.. The location was perfect for our plans. Conveniently located between the French Quarter and the Garden District. Streetcar stop was only a block away.
I only have one complaint and that is that there were absolutely no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything on.
The location of the apartment was great, it was in the center of downtown and walkable to a lot of locations. The staff was available by phone and was quick to answer questions. The noise level was surprisingly low for it being Halloween weekend. The amenities were nice and working.
There wasn't staff on site, while the staff always answered the number they provided, having staff on site would have been preferable. The apartment was clean but there were a few items left over from the previous occupant that should have been found and thrown away. Parking on the street was impossible and the parking garages were expensive.
Room was spacious, clean, well located for conference/convention activities and for general touring. Stylish yet minimal enough to not overwhelm; a great blend. Loved having the kitchen. Exactly what was needed!
The check in process was a little slow and awkward (I was on an airplane so wasn't on email / didn't know to look for a link to make an account for remote check in) -- that could have been explained earlier and taken care of a day or two before.
tolle Größe für 3 Personen.
im Zentrum.
stilvoll eingerichtet.
Big flat with a big living room and kitchen. Location is also very conveniently just out of the busy area
communication was sometimes slow, and you had to wait until check-in time before getting to know how to get to the apartment.
Everything was great
None
Beds were comfortable. Great location. Nice to have a kitchen and living room near the quarter.
There is a weird black uncomfortable chair in the living room. Odd smell in the lobby and hallway. We would still recommend and stay again. Very small dislikes!
Elegant spacious apartment
No staff at reception
Really clean and great location
Safe lobby with code to go in
Just the smell in the lobby (maybe because restrooms )
Every detail of the property was exquisitely appointed, from the furnishings to the amenities.
This property is in a great location, close to the French Quarter and several great restaurants. The building has a lot of character. I stayed in two different apartments and both were comfortable and stylish.
Camp street can be loud on some nights.
