Pros:

Having a mini kitchenette, it was like living in a studio apartment.

Cons:

It's not a dislike, but the shower was very slippery. I think safety bath strips should be installed in the shower. Overall, my stay was 100% great, and the staff was amazing!

Just like home.
Pros:

It was very clean and new looking. I liked it a lot!

Cons:

It allows pets and the doors allow noise. I could hear someone’s dog barking for hours straight.

Comfy and relaxing
Pros:

Everything was great! Staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfy as usual. Me and my four kids comfortably stayed in a two queen bed suite. Loved being able to grab groceries and cook in the room. A hot plate and pans are provided. I’ve stayed her many times but this was my first extended stay. We were here for 2 weeks and this was my first visit using the grill. It was super fun grilling dinner. Another evening friends visited and we grilled while the kids were at the pool. A great time was had! Thank you to the staff!

Cons:

There was bacon for breakfast only one day during our stay. The only disappointment during our two week stay. It may have been twice but definitely no more than that. Other options like the sausage links were really delicious though.

The property was nice, but just the room itself needed a new carpet. It had a smell. I had asked for another room, but they didn’t have anything available.

Nice big rooms for a group
Pros:

Stayed here with a group for a conference at FIT. Location was great for our needs: easy drive to the university (~10min); we went to the beach in the evening and it was a bit further out but not a bad drive at all (~25 min). The rooms are clean and very spacious, and the kitchenette has a large microwave, full-sized fridge, sink, and even a dishwasher. All staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent but I'm not sure why Booking currently has it marked as "wonderful." It's just a normal hotel breakfast. ;)
