Pros:

I had caract surgery and needed to be back at the facility early the next morning . . . We stay there and they even let us check in early

I felt the wknd manager at check in was dismissive of my request and concern that they did not give me Marriott points because I booked through a third party instead of directly. Apparently, over 20 years of loyalty to the brand is not as important as whatever fees that had to give up to Booking.com.

Great value for the price! Breakfast was what I expected for an included meal, very standard. TV was large and situated in front of the bed. Made for a great place to relax.

Horrible experience!!!
I reserved 2 rooms for one man each, on the same reservation. Fairfield didn't see that there were 2 rooms reserved and would only give my husband one. Experian and Fairfield apparently don't associate the two rooms with eaachother, even though both were reserved at the same time, and on the same account!
I ended up paying for TWO ROOMS, but my husband was told only one was available. Therefore, my husband and his workman had to share ONE ROOM!!
Expedia nor Fairfield would do anything to correct the charge!!! HORRIBLE!

Upon arrival there was a front desk manager that was not customer friendly. The way he talked comes across rude. I requested to add my. Marriott number so that I could have access to free WiFi. He refused to do so. I told him that every Marriott I have ever visited would add my Marriott number. He refused. I even called customer service. They said he told them it’s the policy of this particular location but they confirmed that it is usually acceptable to do so. So add your Marriott number on the reservation before you arrive because this guy has no desire to accommodate the customer. I even told him he could speak nicer. He said, “I’ll make a note of that.” Just rude….not reflecting my usual Marriott experience. Otherwise clean facility.

Nice staff and facility, breakfast is ok.
Pros:

The staff is nice, facilities are clean, the bed is comfortable and the location is perfect, near restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t bad but it didn’t offer enough fresh items so it was a bit disappointing.
