Pros:

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good as well

Cons:

It would of been nice to know the pool was out of service. That's the main reason I picked this place for the indoor pool and that wasn't an option

The stay was nice and comfortable, hotel felt like a nice place to run back to and recharge after our adventures.
Pros:

Well maintained, super close to many Warsaw stores and restaurants, amazing staff, and comfy beds!

Cons:

The bathroom sink drain plug got stuck all the way closed, would have liked more than two towels in the room.

Pros:

Microwaved food.. compared to other hotels it was OK but nothing special, Im not a fan of everything microwaved.. building construction was ..not great.. easily hear customers above you stomping on the floor, just as all below you hear you stomping around

The facility appears fairly new and in good shape.

Cons:

I felt the wknd manager at check in was dismissive of my request and concern that they did not give me Marriott points because I booked through a third party instead of directly. Apparently, over 20 years of loyalty to the brand is not as important as whatever fees that had to give up to Booking.com.
