Good, just the ventilation otherwise will give it 10/10
Pros:

Very professional stuff
Nice place for families
Very generous people, they upgraded my stay for no extra fees
Cozy apartment, clean sheets and bathrooms
Good location

Cons:

The ventilation:
A.C system has some smoke smell despite switching me to another apartment, windows couldn't be opened.
