A nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood.
Pros:

The location was great and it was near to the factory outlet. Everything was in good order and our parcel that was delivered ahead of scheduled was duly collected.

Cons:

The staff was not responsive with booking messaging platform, literally no reply at all. We wrote directly to the hotel and Debbie Gudmundson the GM for the hotel responded and was extremely responsive to our email and request which is something i would like to comment her for her good work in doing so.

Pros:

The location was very convenient for visiting the outlets. There was also a nearby shopping plaza with plenty of restaurants and stores, which made dining and shopping very easy. I will definitely come back to this hotel for next time trip.
