Clean place
Staff is very nice! We like this hotel name. I think we will always book with Candlewood always. Room was amazing and nice!
The lady that checked me in was very nice room was clean everything I liked about it
Great place to stay.
Systems were down, couldn’t check in. Cancelled with Expedia and Candlewood wouldn’t allow a refund to us and we never could check in to our room.
No room freshening.
The staff behind the desk was wonderful and helpful. M Expedia was terrible, I will never use third party booking again. No rooms were available and Expedia did not respond to the Candlewood staff to let us know we did not have a room. The Candlewood staff helped us find accommodations at another motel.

Confusion at the desk about my reservation - wrong credit card # (not my card) on the sign in sheet. Room A/C inoperable except for “fan on”. Hot water at sink was a string width - room 215. No breakfast - thought it was provided, but obviously I was wrong. Definitely a lesser experience.

Everything was wonderful. Very clean but not obnoxious smelling. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
