Non è un 5 stelle ! Minuscolo e con scarso servizio.
Pros:

L’unica cosa positiva dell’hotel è che è molto vicino al teatro e ai principali musei della città storica.

Cons:

Camere pulite un po’ male: ragnatele, muffa, polvere. Colazione davvero deludente perché la sala colazioni è minuscola e non ci stanno più di 10 persone. Ci si deve alzare per farsi il caffè da soli, i tovaglioli sono di carta e molto spesso si dimenticano di portare tutte le cose ordinate, la sera prima oltretutto, e per iscritto!!! Servizio molto semplice e non da 5 stelle. Cameriere danza divisa e sfuggenti, non dicono neanche buongiorno. Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. Non è di certo un 5 stelle come si vantano di essere. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero deludente. Visto che si tratta di un hotel con 11 camere; dovrebbero curare di più il servizio e far sentire i pochi ospiti coccolati e considerati importanti. Io non ho notato nulla di tutto ciò. Buon lavoro !

Plodviv si può visitare in un solo giorno dal mattino alla sera.
Pros:

Struttura nuova, efficiente. Impianti nuovi. Per la colazione bisognava la sera prima scegliere tra tre menù diversi e l'orario perchè lo spazio colazione era angusto. Ottima la posizione vicino al teatro romano e alla old city

La ns camera era praticamente un seminterrato come la camera di fianco alla nostra poco luminosa e attrezzata di zanzariere decisamente utili. Per fortuna passavano pochissime auto, ma tantissimi pedoni tutto il giorno, sera compresa, quindi sempre tende chiuse. Nel bagno non esiste il bidet, ma il solito doccino molto scomodo per lo spazio ridotto a disposizione tra water, rotolo carta igienica, spazzolino water e muro

Чудесно място, със сигурност бих го препоръчал!
Pros:

Честно казано всичко. Входа към античният театър е на буквално 2 Мин. Паркомястото на 20 метра (имайки предвид улиците и паркоместата в старият град), комплимента от хотела с малките неща например писмото за добре дошли, малка кутийка с 2 шоколадови бонбона, просто всичко беше с характерното за бутиковото отношение включително закуска, отговори на въпроси, съдействие по всякакви проблеми. Рядко отлично отношение!!!

При условие, че дори кърпите в банята бяха подравнени....
