Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi ayrıca çalışanların tamamı güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otel ve odaları tertemizdi. Kahvaltısı da gerçekten mükemmel.

Tesis konum ve imkan olarak güzeldi. Otopark sorunu yaşamadık. Kahvaltısıda çok güzeldi.

Cons:

Odanın içerisi biraz basık ve havasızdı şansımıza alt kat oda verildi ve camlar açılmıyordu çünkü direk yoldan geçen insanların ayakları gözüküyordu.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and was great experience! The room and the breakfast were fantastic, but the most important were the people engaged at the reception and for breakfast - really nice and polite!

Pros:

Great location, very, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was lovely and well-lid, comfortable beds, good bathroom, clean too.
Good design and details.
The breakfast was very nice, although not plantifull.
Public parking was close and convenient enough.

Cons:

The Mini rooms are at the semi-undergroud floor and have tiny windows. This is not at all shown in Booking.com and could be misleading if you only look at the photos (which are of the bigger rooms, despite being used for the small rooms too).

The "Restaurant" is actually a very small common room and is only used for the breakfasts. Convenient though.

There is no lobby bar or other amenities, but there are a couple of nice tables outside, which you could use for a quick coffee / drink (assuming someone could actually serve you)

Considering the pretentiousness of the hotel, charging for the coffee in the rooms did seam kinda odd. Better increase that room price with the 3 euro and make it "free" for the guests.

Despite these little things we will go there again. It was indeed very nice.

Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, πεντακάθαρο, παροχές 5 αστέρων.... Ήσυχη περιοχή, κοντά στα αξιοθέατα και σε εστιατόρια και clubs. Σίγουρα θα ξανά έκλεινα εκεί...

Cozy hotel in superb location, just not a 5 star.
Pros:

The staff was amazing, very helpful. The interior was somewhat interesting with beautiful Bulgarian paintings. Room was comfortable. Location of the hotel was superb. Car parking was also very convenient.

Cons:

The hotel says it is a 5 star hotel. I doubt it, more like a 3 star plus. I do review it as a 5 star hotel. The breakfast for a 5 star hotel was just hilarious.. Lots of space to improve.
The bathroom didn't have heated floor and the shower was leaking through the door.

Amazing Boutique Hotel With Exceptional Staff
Pros:

37, is an amazing little place to stay. Staff are exceptional and go above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing, which was delivered to our room. The room was beautiful and clean. We have not one complaint. A reception member of staff even walked us to our taxi point on our way home. As we did not know where we were going.
