Kind of a Motel 6 like place
Pros:

Location is about 12 miles South of Blu Port Mall. I stay here as I was trying to keep my expenses down and this time of the year the places under 50 dollars are fully booked.

It's a little out of the way

Pros:

Convenient location near the main through road. Fairly quiet.

Cons:

The lock on the door was just the old style push button in centre of door knob - it didn't give me any confidence when leaving to go to the shops.
The bed was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Nice patenko but no coffee or Internet
Pros:

Staff in the morning was very nice, they don't have a coffee machine but they provided instant and they had delicious patenko.

Cons:

Staff at night was not welcoming and the wifi had no internet.
AC was not efficient and the bed was quite hard.
