Heerlijk hotel met een toplocatie en geweldige service!
Pros:

We hebben hier echt een fijn verblijf gehad. Ondanks dat er dagelijks genoeg mensen in- en uitcheckten, voelde het nooit druk. De kamer was comfortabel en de locatie vonden we perfect, dichtbij de gezelligheid van Phuket, maar net buiten de drukte. Alles was makkelijk te voet te bereiken.

Wat ons vooral is bijgebleven, is de geweldige service. Pas drie weken na ons verblijf ontdekte ik dat ik een shirt in de kast had laten hangen. Toch maar een mailtje gestuurd en tot mijn verrassing hadden ze het gevonden en netjes bewaard. Ze bewaren gevonden spullen 90 dagen en willen het zelfs naar ons opsturen. Echt ontzettend lief en wat een service! Nu hopen dat het pakketje ook veilig bij ons thuis aankomt. 😄

Wij komen hier met veel plezier nog eens terug!

The resort to stay at when in Patong. The perfect beach holiday destination.
Pros:

Beautifully designed, modern facilities. Excellent pools. All the food offerings were exceptional! Breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had! Dinners at Sears & Co were delicious and generous. Staff are amazing and made my stay here unforgettable.

Cons:

Barely anything to criticise! I wish there were coffee pods and a little machine in the room - rather than 2 tiny sachets. Shower head kept pouring water through the screen onto the floor - only very minor bits of feedback than negatives though.

Our stay was, overall, a truly wonderful experience. Although we experienced a small inconvenience during check-in on our first day, the way the team handled everything afterwards was genuinely impressive.

A special thank you to Kim, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Her attentiveness, kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests. She was incredibly helpful, always approachable and clearly passionate about ensuring that guests had a pleasant experience.

The entire team was warm, welcoming and professional. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, the atmosphere was lovely, and the location was absolutely fantastic — central, convenient and perfect for exploring the area.

If we had to mention one negative aspect, it would be the behaviour of some groups of guests during our stay. At times, the hotel became quite noisy, with guests speaking very loudly in common areas and walking around in bathrobes, which unfortunately felt somewhat out of place with the hotel’s otherwise elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. This is, of course, something the hotel cannot entirely control, but it did occasionally affect the overall ambience.

Apart from that, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The location, service and especially the wonderful staff made a lasting impression on us. And once again, a very special thank you to Kim for making our stay even more memorable.

We would be very happy to return.
