Good but not value for money
Pros:

Good staff. Easy check in and checkout. Prompt housekeeping.

Cons:

Location is slightly towards end of Patong beach road making it slightly difficult to access the main and livelier part of the Patong. Property is also overpriced in my opinion.

Клиенториентированность 0! Хамское отношение к гостям. Часто бываем в сети по всему миру и первый раз столкнулись с таким хамским отношением персонала, ни в одной просьбе даже желания не было помочь. Работники ведут себя так ,мы Хилтоны и плевать какие у вас проблемы, люди как ездили так и будут ездить. С заселением держали нас 2 часа. Да и чтобы не открывалось ни одно окно живя на природе и во всем отеле так! Оценка 1!

Beautiful property, Amazing location
Pros:

Beautiful property right across from Patong beach and only 15 minutes away from Bangla street. The room was comfortable and clean and the air conditioning was always set to immediately cool you down as soon as you stepped into the room. The breakfast had a lot of options and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The quality of the food at breakfast wasn’t amazing. A few items were pretty good but a lot of them were standard. Also the property is mostly outdoors so as soon as you leave your room you are subject to the elements (I.e humidity). Trade off for the amazing tropical vibe it has

A lovely sophisticated oasis in the heart of the Patong District, walkable to everything!
Pros:

It was a beautiful oasis off the busy grid of Patong District, yet walkable to the public beach and ocean, a wide variety of shopping, dining, delicious street vendors, music and at the end of a long day, visiting local massage spas for therapeutic reset. The on property restaurant was fantastic, the two pools and lounging area were dreamy and the workout facilities were great!

À éviter, il y a des hôtels moins cher, et beaucoup mieux à Phuket

La localisation , la qualités de la literie.

Pour commencer accueil très froid, le personnel est loin d’être d’une gentillesse comme on a pu connaître dans les autres hôtels en Thaïlande et pourtant on a fait six pendant notre séjour et ça a été le seul on a été vraiment mal reçu. Il vous le demande de déposer 6000 bahts de caution et ils vont vous appliquer des frais tout au long du séjour, on a rien consommé à l’hôtel et on s’est retrouvé avec une facture de 12 000 bahts , on nous a mis une amende de 7500 bahts, car mon conjoint a fumé dans le balcon et ils nous ont dit qu’il était strictement interdit de fumer sur le balcon de notre chambre, alors que ceci n’est indiqué nulle part que soi-disant il faut lire la clause de réservation ce que 90 % des voyageurs ne font pas donc on s’est fait enlever 7500 bahts gratuitement, puis nous en rajouter des frais tous les jours des frais de nettoyage, des frais, partie des frais par là, c’est vraiment une usine à argent cet hôtel, le petit déjeuner est bon mais une grande cantine vraiment beaucoup de monde beaucoup de touristes tout le monde crie tout le monde parle fort c’est horrible et la piscine vu qu’elle est ouvert au client extérieur de l’hôtel c’est rempli de Français qui écrit deux jeunes qui mettent de la musique. Franchement on est loin du standing vendu c’était la première dernière fois dans cet hôtel ça c’est sûr
