Best hotel with amazing pool overlooking the beach.
Pros:

Location was perfect. The infinity pool and bar were amazing. such a vibe. Rooms were beautiful with beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was top-tier.

The staff were all fabulous! The rooms were comfortable. The pool area was great.

Cons:

It was more expensive than other comparable hotels at the same time in Phuket. I like supporting Sheraton Marriott Bonvoy hotels if possible but will consider price in the future.

Friendly staff, comfy rooms, and fantastic pool!
Pros:

- Room was lovely and spacious with great aircon.
- Overall hotel design was really nice.
- The staff were super friendly and helpful. Honey at check-in especially!
- Very short walk to beach (a few steps) and while very close to the lively area, it was peaceful and relaxing.
- Pool area is lovely, lots of fun, nice pool, and great drinks and snacks.

Cons:

The pool area is supposed to be no smoking (there was a specific smoking area) but this was largely ignored with loads of smokers ruining the area a bit and staff no empowered to ask them to stop (if the no smoking rule has since changed the old signs should be removed).
