Ein solides Hotel, welches durch einige machbare Verbesserungen eine deutlich bessere Bewertung bekommen könnte.
Pros:

Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage hier. Gute Lichtsteuerung vom Bett aus.
Bequemes und großes Bett.
4 Flaschen Wasser pro Tag.
Großer Spiegel im Zimmer.
Gut zu regelnde Klimaanlage, die NICHT auf das Bett bläst.
Frühstück okay. Wird bis 10:30 Uhr angeboten.
Verdunkelung könnte besser sein, wir haben uns mit Metallklemmen aus dem 7/11 beholfen.

Cons:

Vier Dinge die wirklich ärgerlich sind (und leicht behoben werden könnten):
1. Es gibt auf dem Zimmer (Suite mit Balkon) nur Ablageplatz für zwei Koffer. Es gibt noch eine Kleiderstange, jedoch keinerlei Ablagefläche für Kleidung, keinen Schrank, nichts! Man muss also aus dem Koffer „leben“. Und das obwohl in dem Zimmer (Suite) genügend Platz vorhanden wäre ein Regal oder einen Schrank zu platzieren.
2. Der „Balkon“ ist vielleicht 1,5 qm groß, kein Stuhl, kein Tischchen, nichts. Dafür jedoch die Außeneinheit der Klimaanlage (welche die warme Luft nach außen abbläst)! Vier Personen können hier STEHEN. So etwas als Balkon im Online-Prospekt anzupreisen grenzt an Frechheit. Hier wurde auch nicht gereinigt. Es ist auch eigentlich gar kein Balkon, sondern ein Stellplatz für die Klimaanlagen-Außeneinheit. Also besser den Balkon nicht als Ausstattungs-Feature bewerben, sondern weglassen, die Gäste sind sonst nur total enttäuscht und fühlen sich auf den Arm genommen!
3. Löblich die Suite hat einen fest an der Wand verankerten Safe! NUR: Dieser befindet sich nahezu auf dem Boden des Zimmers, und ist zudem noch in einer Art Regal nach hinten versetzt. Das bedeutet: Man muss, um den Safe zu bedienen, auf die Knie gehen (was für ältere Menschen schon mal sehr herausfordernd sein kann). So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Und ich bin in meinem Leben bereits in sehr sehr vielen Hotels gewesen. Das nenne ich mal maximale Unbequemlichkeit für den Gast.
4. Viel zu wenig Reinigungspersonal. Es kam regelmäßig vor, dass das Zimmer erst sehr spät gereinigt wurde, manchmal erst um 05:00 p.m., so dass man tagsüber ständig damit rechnen musste, das Zimmer verlassen zu müssen. Die Reinigungsfrau erzählte, dass Sie für 26 Zimmer zuständig wäre.

Good location. Clean rooms. Excellent staff.
Pros:

The staff were so kind, checking in and out was a breeze. The security guard was very polite and helpful as well. Everyone smiled when you walked by. The pool was great because there was an overhead shade so even if it rained you could still swim. Location was very good for me personally.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t great. But it was convenient. It’s a buffet with a decent amount of options but for the price I feel like we could have gotten better food for the price. If you’re looking for convenience I highly recommend getting the breakfast. If you have time then id recommend eating elsewhere. In terms of pricing, It’s 250B per person. I paid at the counter the day I checked in. But if you decide the next morning it’s 300B.

Absoluut niet hetzelfde dan de marketing foto’s op internet.
Beetje out dated
Badhanddoeken van marginale kwaliteit
Lege minibar
Geen kast om kleding weg te hangen
Veel lawaai van airco en van buiten
Tijdens de regen kregen we vochtplekken op het plafond
Matras versleten (totaal geen ondersteuning van rug)
Onvergelijkbaar met hotel Mocco waar we laatste keer verbleven en die dezelfde prijsklasse heeft
