Bad surprise, not up to the mark of Marriott brand

Quilt cover not clean, towels very old and rough. When we arrived at hotel for check in, we were told that our room had some maint issue so offered room at LeMeridien. We did not accept. When we told how did you book in first place, they told that it was booking.com who booked room. It infuriated my mind and I had to shout at front desk manager Mr Rajnish. After these arguments we were given room. It spoiled our evening.
