If you are familiar with the YOTEL brand you know what you're getting here, though staff seems far less friendly than locations in New York or London. Centrally located, guests have great access to anywhere in town via public transport while the surrounding are is packed with bars, shops and eateries. The well-stocked 24/7 gym overlooks Central Station and toiletries are suitable. Good Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi, Water Pressure and security

Room was great, good size, well lit good desk to work. All amenities available and clean. Very close to the station and shops making it easy to travel around and get small things such as drinks. Staff was amazing, got a room upgrade on arrival and helped me get a new charger cable when mine was broken. Great value for money.
No coffee machine or heater for tea but thats a minor thing. Might have overlooked it if it was inside a cubbard.

We had a problem with the toilet flushing handle that had not been repaired when we checked into the room.
Smart comfy airconned room. Very close to the train station so perfect for me. Was able to leave my bag before check-in. Thanks.
A motion sensor controls the lights. I was watching a football game and every 20 minutes or so all the lights went off! Please turn that feature off. Very annoying.
Honestly it was perfect, affordable, clean, comfortable, I had a mixed leisure and business trip so I wanted it to be affordable but still have comforts like an iron and ironing board in the room. The bedding was comfortable, the shower was clean and had good water pressure. Location right next to the station but windows are noise cancelling, so incredibly convenient. Staff are really friendly and accommodating, bar on the 7th floor is spacious and bright, got to work there a bit during the day, and left my luggage at reception. All in all 10/10 please keep up the good work, highly recommended.

No window in the room which I wasn’t told about until I arrived
No tea or kettle in the room, where in the UK is there no kettle available they don’t provide that. I did have an ironing board though.
