the bathroom situation , no room to get changed etc it’s all like open / a bit daunting for new couples no privacy and we had a premium room , staff not really friendly
The location is unbeatable!! The brightness / layout of the room and the easy extendable late check out.
Breakfast with a view on 7th floor was nice too.
The breakfast could do with a little upgrade, a choice of eggs maybe would be nice.
Funky hotel, but not up to standard we expected upon arrival.
Booked VIP room for special occasion and had we known how lack luster it was we would have saved money and just booked standard rooms. Booked for 3 people so one double bed and one sofa bed - Bedding was dirty, mattress was so stained and beds both normal bed and pull out sofa bed very uncomfy. To the point one of my guests took the mattress off the sofa bed and slept on the floor. For a VIP suite room, there were no little extras (bottles of water in fridge even would have been appreciated) or mini bar we could pay for on departure. Kitchen facilities but nothing in cupboards. We booked for 3 people .. only 2 glasses, only 2 mugs.
1/2 the blinds didn’t work in the room and all you could hear all night was the lift going up and down through the wall. Lighting in rooms was awful, either light on or lights off. And lights then randomly turning on through the night - safe to say we hardly slept a week.
Pillows flat and only one pillow provided for 3rd person.
Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Won’t be back to try that out.

No information provided for paid bed and breakfast guests on arrival at check in, nor any signage.
Stains all over the bedroom and joining sitting area carpets, to the point I’m thankful I brought slippers and didn’t have children as I wouldn’t like them or bare feet on that carpet. My twin sister is a cleaner in hotel charging a lot less a night & she even said this is unacceptable.
Only found out on check out that all hotel guests receive discount in restaurant upstairs which would have been nice to know when checking in or having signage in hotel or room flyers.
When you arrive to breakfast it’s honestly a free for all noisy, people jumping infront, people not knowing how a buffet works, we noticed depending what staff member was greeting guests depends how much information they are provided.
We attended breakfast at quarter past 9, no fresh fruit juices available as the were finished jugs : no fresh fruit juice was provided in the time we were there.
While we were at buffet we were told beans and scrambled egg would be coming, by the time we got back up it was all gone again due to people taking x2 plates per person etc .

Clean and tidy rooms! Handy hotel everything on the door step, staff were nice.
Rooms extremely stuffy. Couldn’t get air con to work and no fresh air in the rooms at all making it uncomfortable to sleep.
Fantastic location and good value
Bit of a hassle checking in couldn't use the touchpads as there was none of the room type we booked available but reception desk did sort us out
