Fantastic, comfortable and amazing staff
Pros:

The hotel was spotless and the staff were so helpful, they went above and beyond for us to enjoy our stay.
We were gave an early check in so we could decorate our room for the bride to be. We really appreciated this

Central location and easy check in process.

Cons:

Rooms are very hot and small and can feel quite cramped. There was also no vending machines to buy water. Staff told me to go to the co op next door which was thankfully open.

Llegamos al Aeropuerto sobre las 23:55 y yo le había escrito al hotel comunicándoles a la hora que llegaría y en internet me salía que la recepción estaba disponible 24 horas. A esa hora de la noche no había trenes ni guaguas para viajar. Cuando llegamos en el primer tren al hotel nos dijeron que nuestra reserva había sido cancelada sin nosotros saber nada y sin llegarnos avisándonos sobre esto. Allí nadie hablaba español y la recepcionista era muy antipática. Nos fuimos después del feo que nos hicieron no nos íbamos a quedar ahí. Buscamos otro hotel por la ciudad.

Pros:

Very good location,just opposite Central Station.Very comfy beds and room was very clean.Staff friendly and helpful.You can leave your bags with them even of your room is not ready.Nice hot shower and very big towels.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like is that it was very warm in the room for me,but that its just preference.

We liked the location and style of the room .

Cons:

No kettle for tea/coffee in the room. Plus couldn't look out our window because the cord was missing for the blind so the blind was stuck down the full time.As you can see from the picture the blind was stuck down.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para llegar a cualquier lugar caminando en pocos minutos. Las habitaciones limpias aunque pequeñas (nos quitaron los pañuelos del baño y jamás los repusieron).

Cons:

El desayuno era bastante completo pero eché de menos que facilitaran un takeaway para los que tenemos excursiones.
No es culpa del hotel, pero en el centro siempre encuentras a personas en la calle, en mal estado, que rondan y duermen en la estación de tren.

Great for a short stay.
Pros:

It was very modern. Lovely bar! Although the fire alarm went off while we were there and I left nearly a full glass of wine!

Cons:

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room was disappointing
