Overwhelming. Front desk staff didn't make it easier.
Cons:

The beds didn't look fresh based on the fact that the shower curtain was stained. So if you cleaned the bathroom you would've seen it. We had a little water spill on the tile and bathroom floors. When we wiped them the paper towels were black. Carpets weren't fresh. I did request a new shower curtain. Also, my other family room had a sleep sofa. I had to ask for linen, blanket and pillow. The front desk staff was reluctant to give me a pillow as he stated there were 8 already on the beds isn't that enough. Right for the beds not for the sofa. bed. Any hotel I've stayed has separate bedding for the sofa beds that's not part of the linen for the bed/ beds. I don't like sleeping where animals have slept on beds, sofa or chairs. So pet friendly is fine. So for this reason, I hope you have designated rooms for our furry family members.

If I was able to sleep the stay would have been enjoyable.
Pros:

The Woof Wall, I enjoyed all the pictures of the dogs. It is super convenient for shopping at the outlets and catching the ferry. Also only a few minutes to the beach.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room made a terrible noise, keeping us awake all night. The air conditioning and the rest of the room could use some updating.

Breakfast was okay. The pancake machine was not working or not available to use, no batter. Have had better continental breakfasts.

Place says pet friendly yes of ever it’s not advertised as a pet hotel bowls of water and food every where pictures of dogs everything smells like wet dog and dirty dog the elevator room sheets all smells like dog

Pros:

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming. I really enjoyed my three-day stay and felt comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
