A successful choice for a family vacation
Pros:

We returned home just yesterday after an absolutely perfect stay!

The breakfast was delicious, and the view was simply breathtaking. The hotel is located right by the Duomo, in an amazing location surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything you could possibly need within walking distance.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We booked two rooms, and there was an issue with the air conditioning in our daughters’ room. Within minutes, the staff took care of everything, moved them to another room, and even upgraded them at no additional charge.

A very special mention goes to Lily, the Front Office Manager, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. She handles everything with such efficiency and warmth that you immediately feel you are in the best hands.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay, and there is absolutely no doubt that on our next visit to Milan, we will be staying here again.

Cannot say enough good things about ODSweet Duomo Hotel. The location is unbeatable, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the service was exceptional. It is also a perfect hotel for families, especially little girls, who will absolutely love the fun, whimsical atmosphere and special touches throughout. A fantastic stay in the heart of Milan, and we would return without hesitation.
