Everything was fine except the staff from reception.
Pros:

The location is perfect

Cons:

The staff. The were two lady from reception were unprofessional. While i am taking to her shes on the phone or fixing her nails.
The chocolate on the room doesn’t look like the picture from booking. The lady on reception said its only picture never true.

Nice stay.
Pros:

The hotel is super central and the staff is very nice and welcoming. Rooms are clean and have very nice amenities.

Cons:

Breakfast is small and not very various, and it gets very busy in the morning as the breakfast is also open to outside guests. Sometimes we struggle in the morning to get the elevator because they are small and there are only 2 for the all hotel.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία πολύ ευχάριστο και ευγενικό προσωπικό το δωμάτιο οκ το περίμενα και καλύτερο ! Και κέρασμα στο ψυγείο τα πάντα και σοκολατάκια μια κούτα με ζαχαρωτά !

Cons:

Νομίζω το πρωινό δεν αξίζει να κλείσεις ! Δεν είναι μπουφές ! Μια ομελέτα με λίγο σαλάτα στο πλάι που στη σερβίρουν και δυο κρουασάν με χυμό αυτό ! Το μενού στο Alacart επίσης τουριστικό δεν αξίζει ! Και τα δωμάτια επίσης θέλουν ανακαίνιση πιστεύω !

Nice hotel, but don’t book the breakfast
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very good, and there was nothing to complain about regarding the room. However, despite the soundproofing, the passing tram can still be heard.

Cons:

Very disappointing was the “good breakfast” that I had booked. I had expected a breakfast buffet, but instead a fixed breakfast was served: one hot drink (e.g. coffee), one glass of juice, one egg dish, two pieces of pastry, and a small bowl of fruit. Green tea was not available, and extras such as a second cup of coffee had to be paid for separately. The only egg option offered was an omelette – no fried eggs or other alternatives. In addition, exactly the same breakfast was served on all three days.

Communication was also difficult, as part of the staff did not speak English. The breakfast area is located on a kind of rooftop terrace, where at times very loud and disturbing music was played, making it difficult to have a conversation. It was also irritating that a member of staff walked past the table and simply took the sugar without saying a word.

Overall, both the breakfast and the service are not worthy of a 4-star hotel
