الفندق موقعه في قلب ساحة الدومو وغريب جدا من كل شي أنا حجزت جناح كان باللون الزهري المرشاملو وكان جميل جدا وراقي ونظيف ومطل على الدومو نظام الغرف عندهم نوعين يا تحجز باللون الزهري او اللون البني شوكليت طبعا قبل الحجز لا تستطيع الاختيار ولكن اثناء حجزك انت تكتب اي نوع تريد منهم وهم يوفرونه حسب المتاح عندهم يعني لا تستطيع تحديد النوع قبلها لازم تحجز وبعدها تكتب طلب وحسب المتوفر فريق العمل في الفندق في الاستقبال كان رائع ومتعاون الروف في الفندق هوه مطعم مشهور او كوفي يتم زيارته من السياح خاصه في وجبة الإفطار والوجبات الأخرى ويجب انك تكون حاجز ولكن انت في الفندق تكون وجبة الإفطار من غير حجز طبعا الإفطار في نفس هذا المكان الرائع

لا يوجد مرافق مثل صاله رياضيه مسبح مواقف سيارات وغيرها ولايوجد لوبي مناسب وجبة الإفطار كانت خيار محدد في المطعم في الروف اللي ذكرته سابقا مع العلم انه المطعم هذا يوفر خيارات كثيره ولكن لنزيل الفندق اللي عنده وجبة افطار يعطيه خيار محدد لا يصلح أبدا مقابل السعر للإفطار لذالك افضل انك تزور المكان وتطلب اللي تريده وتدفع مبلغ للشخص مشابه للمبلغ اللي راح تدفعه للإفطار مع الغرفه ويكون الطار محدود ولكن الفرق الحجز للحصول على مكان يعني أنا خذت افطار مع الغرفه فلما رحت المطعم كان محدد طلبت أشياء اخرى دفعت مبلغ مشابه اللي دفعته للإفطار مع الغرفه الفرق هنا اني اخترت اللي أريده من القائمه الكبيره

Cons:

Noise level at night was conducive to sleep, garage pick up station within 40 feet of window starting at 4:30am and very load sounding like construction workStreet train once or more an hour, at least once I feel sleep it was how tolerable.

accessibility and proximity to shopping areas. the hotel is very comfy, spacious and clean. i love the extra touch of mini bar in the room.

Pros:

Let me start with the obvious. The sweet smell of this hotel hits you before you even enter the premises. I can honestly say this is the best smelling hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. On top of that, everyone working here is friendly and eager to help in any way they can. From Angelica behind the bar, Claudio on the patio, to Edoardo in the restaurant, everyone was so cool and fun. Honestly it's one of the funnest hotels I've experienced in a long time. Well done.

Cons:

I can't say there is anything I didn't like. While the patio music might get loud for certain people, that's part of its charm. We had so much fun there woth everyone we went 8 times over 3 days. Again, well done.

the location of the hotel is really good . staff are friendly , breakfast is seated you order from a fixed menu and you have it at the rooftop . rooms are amazing they thought of everything .

Cons:

First, upon checking into my room, the air conditioning was completely out of order. While the reception desk did send maintenance to assist, the repair process took a considerable amount of time before the room became effectively cool and comfortable. room 370
Second, as an in-house guest, I visited the rooftop bar in the evening for mocktails. We were initially questioned about a reservation (which we were never informed was necessary for hotel guests). After being seated, the waiter informed us that there was a minimum spend of €40 per person. I find it highly unprofessional that this policy was not communicated to us at the entrance before we were seated. Due to this hidden rule, we felt unwelcome and chose to leave.
