There is unfortunately nothing positive I can say about my experience at this property. It was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I am requesting a full refund.
The level of customer service I received was unacceptable. I had a valid reservation, yet the situation was handled so poorly that I ultimately had to sleep in my car overnight. No paying guest with a confirmed reservation should ever be placed in that position.
I am particularly disappointed with Ms. Olivia's handling of the situation. Despite my having a reservation, I was told otherwise, and I found her communication to be inaccurate and unhelpful. I did not see her in person and could only communicate with her by telephone—when I was able to get an answer. Rather than receiving assistance in resolving the problem, I was left without appropriate accommodations.
The experience was made even more frustrating by the fact that I subsequently received significantly better service at the Holiday Inn Express up the road. The difference in professionalism, responsiveness, and basic customer care was remarkable.
As a business professional myself, I consider this level of service completely unacceptable. An employee handling a customer's confirmed reservation in this manner would face serious accountability in my company.
I paid for accommodations and service that I did not receive. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of all charges associated with my reservation. I would appreciate management reviewing what occurred and responding promptly with confirmation that my refund will be processed.

Room was nice and spacious for us, just needed minor cleaning improvements.

The room was shabby, the floors had condensation, the sink was clogged and had a roach in it. There was peeling on the furniture, and rust on the lamp.
A/C was on when I came in. The large bed, there should've been more pillows. The shower was great and easy to deal with. Enough towels and body towels. Enough toilet paper. Enough waste baskets. The refrigerator was excellent, and the microwave was great.

Hello,
I am very disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. The room was not clean, the bathroom appeared poorly cleaned, and there were cockroaches of different sizes in the room. I actually wanted to leave the same day I checked in, but I was told there would be no refund, so I had no choice but to stay the night.
The room conditions were unacceptable. The air conditioner leaked water onto the floor, and when I lowered the temperature, the walls became damp and sweaty. One of the lamps was not working, and the fixtures appeared rusty. The hallway also had an unpleasant odor.
Additionally, the bedding was inadequate. There were only sheets on the bed and no proper blanket provided.
I was later informed that I would receive a refund because I checked out one day early, but I have not received any refund or deposit. I would appreciate an update regarding my refund as soon as possible.

Inconvenient! Staff had no sense of urgency. Had a long line for check in. Had to load my kids and a cart full of our bags to four different rooms bc they kept giving us the wrong room none were vacant.
1st she gave me room 110 and it was a single bed and we paid for a double bed.
2nd room was 226 and it was dirty and not ready
3rd room was 225 and there was a man laying down on the bed when we went inside.
4th room finally was vacant and bed was semi made
