Hello,
I am very disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. The room was not clean, the bathroom appeared poorly cleaned, and there were cockroaches of different sizes in the room. I actually wanted to leave the same day I checked in, but I was told there would be no refund, so I had no choice but to stay the night.
The room conditions were unacceptable. The air conditioner leaked water onto the floor, and when I lowered the temperature, the walls became damp and sweaty. One of the lamps was not working, and the fixtures appeared rusty. The hallway also had an unpleasant odor.
Additionally, the bedding was inadequate. There were only sheets on the bed and no proper blanket provided.
I was later informed that I would receive a refund because I checked out one day early, but I have not received any refund or deposit. I would appreciate an update regarding my refund as soon as possible.

Inconvenient! Staff had no sense of urgency. Had a long line for check in. Had to load my kids and a cart full of our bags to four different rooms bc they kept giving us the wrong room none were vacant.
1st she gave me room 110 and it was a single bed and we paid for a double bed.
2nd room was 226 and it was dirty and not ready
3rd room was 225 and there was a man laying down on the bed when we went inside.
4th room finally was vacant and bed was semi made
The receptionist was not at the front desk when we arrived. Never answered the front desk phone either. The hallways smelled. The room wasn’t great nor was the cleanliness. The day of checkout. An employee attempted to barge in without knocking first and was very rude
Absolutely nothing. The lobby smelled unclean and we were told to wait outside for them to unlock the lobby doors.
The staff was unorganized. They sold our room prior to our arrival. Check in started at 3, we arrived at 5:30. When we finally got in the lobby to speak to someone we were told they were short staffed. They did not have a clean room for us and attempted to place us in a room with a pull out vs a double bed room that was booked. We explained we needed to know if we had a room or needed to book another hotel as we had an event and we needed to get ready. After additional unorganized conversation with multiple staff members it was confirmed they did not have enough staff to clean empty rooms to accommodate our booking. I requested a refund and when u requested confirmation on paper of the refund she rolled her eye as if I should trust that I would get a refund. I incorrectly trusted I booked and had a room already. We were nearly late to our event. Absolutely the worst experience from Booking.com I have ever had!

Rude front desk, gave us an occupied room, key cards not working and asking us if we made payment when we had just checked in, making us feel unwanted or like we were a bother to them. Beds are horrible, uncomfortable and small overall. Overall just horrible customer service.
