my bed was comfortable but not enough pillows and it didn't feel very clean.
not enough pillows. the pull out sofa bed was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and they gave barely any sheets/blankets for it and NO pillow. our room didn't feel clean.
Good location for what we wanted to do. And the biscuits on the breakfast table were good.
Air conditioning unit loud and left rug in front of it wet.

Nice clean and I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Tisha the housekeeper she was so sweet. I was n the elevator saying I needed a couple more towels the morning we was leaving she said I'm not on the 3rd floor today but I will definitely make sure you get them. And that she did. Staff was friendly.

When we arrived Rylee greeted us with a friendly smile, great energy, all the while maintaining her professionalism. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the consistently available coffee is great.
Breakfast was kind of cold, need warmers. The complete stay itself, great, quiet, and relaxing.
Good customer service is hard to find these days. I had a recent reservation at this hotel. I made an error in the booking and when I called, the manager Cathy was extremely friendly and accommodating. The error was mine, but she went above and beyond to make it right!
Hotel was very clean and staff were welcoming and helpful. Location was also great and coffee/breakfast buffet was terrific!

Location was good, and the complimentary breakfast was really solid to be complimentary. Overall, a good stay for the cost.
The rooms we stayed in had a musty smell due to the A/C unit condensation leaking on the carpet in the room. The smell was manageable and didn’t disrupt our stay and was just a minor nuisance.
Great place to stay. Very quiet and very clean. In a great area of Tuscaloosa. Booked for the wrong night and the lady at the desk was very helpful to change the dates for me.
