Perfect location, great price when nothing is going on around campus and mid week. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Cons:

Pros:

We've stayed here last 3 yrs due to location and price point.. Hotels housekeeping department has diffently gone down last year.. Maintenance is not being kept up with , if continues the hotel will not be suitable very long... Employees hanging around in parking lot smoking on cellphone.. Still has a great breakfast 😋 for a Hotel

Perfect! 10/10 recommend
Pros:

The location was great. Didn't have time to enjoy breakfast as we left before it was served. The staff was friendly at check it and made sure we had everything we needed without hesitation. Room was clean, plenty of towels and wash clothes.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The parking lot is a little small and congested but that's not anything negative against the hotel. When you have several work trucks out there with all their stuff, it gets a little crowded.
