Personal- la manager del turno era arogante y con cara de cabreo cuando le hemos preguntado algo y cuando solicitamos algo importante como la factura sl nombre de empresa, me confirmo que toda va estar birn y lo explica a la compeñera del turno. Llegamos a las 4:00 de la mañana a la recepcion y la factura mal hecha , solucionsndolo en estas horas de la madrugada. NO tienen bar , solo una nevera con unpar de cervezas y refrescos. Lo que parece como un lobby var es solo de decoracion, ni las tartas que tienen en el mostrador del bar se pueden comprar ni nada para tomar una copa porwue las botellas del alcohol es solo de decoracion!!!!!
Algunos recepcionistas no tiene formas ningunas.
En el dia de nuestra llegada habia un problema tecnico en mi habitacion. Solicite a la manager si podria mandar mantenimiento para cambiar la bombilla que estaba parpadeando.
Tras 4 horas cuando volvimos no se ha hecho nada, voy a la recepcion habia otra recepcionista. Le cuento que pasa y me cambia la habitacion a una superior. Le digo que esta habitacion es mas chica que la que tenia y que si puede mandar un chico de mantenimiento que me sobra. Me lleva a otra habitacion otra superior y esta estaba bien. Me dice que por estos errores que ha producido el hotel no me van cobrar nada por el upgrade. Cusndo bajo por las llaves me dice que tengo pagar 350 RMB que si no pierde dinero el hotel y punto. Estaba super cansado y sin fuerzas de pelear por lo que me correspondia lo pague y me ira.
Hotel para mochileros y seria bueno que la manager aprenda los modales y sea mas profesional porque si ella esta “ con muchas ganas de ser profesional “ pues sus compañeros que lleva de turno se comportan como ella!!!! En especil un chico en la recepcion . Edte no se entero nada de nada🙈🙈🙈

Pros:

房間很乾淨舒適，隔音也很好，地點很棒一出門就是地鐵口，早餐選項非常豐富，每天下午還有免費的下午茶可以用，另外洗衣房的洗衣烘衣機都是免費使用的，但可惜只有各2-3台，如果可以放多台一點就更完美了；整體來說這次大人小孩都住得很開心。

The superb location, just outside the hotel is a few malls and exit H of Metro line 6. easily accesible by car and train! Service and facilities of hotel is great!

Good location
Pros:

Conveniently located, very near to the subway station line 2 and 6. Many malls and eateries near by. Walking distance to Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Street, and Castle Wall.
Room is clean and facilities are modern.

Cons:

Some hiccups and confusion during check-in which luckily was quickly resolved by the staff.
