Pleasant stay
Pros:

It’s a modern hotel. Quite a lot of places to eat around the hotel. Staffs are friendly.
Free laundry service was great.

Cons:

We stayed for 4 nights but one day they forgot to do the clean up service in the room. Another day found out no toilet papers. They sent someone right away and did a great job.

Our favorite hotel of the trip — unbeatable location and true 5-star comfort.
Pros:

Location couldn't be better — the Bell Tower and Drum Tower are right outside, and the Muslim Quarter street food is a short stroll away, so we barely needed taxis. Breakfast was varied and well presented, with plenty of both Western and local options, and the room quality and service matched a true 5-star experience.

Cons:

Honestly very little to complain about — the breakfast room got quite busy at peak times, but that was our only minor observation.

Pros:

The bed was super confortable and the room spacious.

There is a free laundry throat was really helpful and complimentary drinks and afternoon tea.

Location was convenient closeby walk from malls, coffees, Muslim street and drum tower

Cons:

Wi-Fi maybe but it looks to be quite usual for chinese hotels

Nice hotel to live the center of Xi’an
Pros:

Everything you can expect from a international hotel. Smooth reception, english speaking. Good breakfast. Position is superb, close to everything

Cons:

The room view was facing … a wall. It was ok since we stayed one night, but in more days can be claustrophobic
