Excellent location, the hotel is clean, the staff is courteous, the reception staff helped with any questions.
Great location. Modern internal set up.
The composition of the toilet and shower was odd, took a while to get used to.
Breakfast was decent. Location was excellent right near Bell Tower. Staff was very humble and went out of their way to help us.

After looking forward to this hotel as the cap to our three week trip in China, we were thoroughly disappointed. Online, it presents itself as luxurious and having lots of fancy amenities. That, along with its international brand reputation and usual high value for money trend with Chinese hotels, we expected this to be the nicest place we stayed - especially considering it was the most expensive hotel we stayed at in three weeks (600 yuan per night).
I'll start with the good. The bed was comfortable enough and the room was clean. There is a daily tea time with coffee, tea and small snacks which is nice. There are stacks of water by every elevator if you need more. And the bathroom in our room was modern and nice - though small. It is also in a fantastic location. It probably couldn't be better placed to access a lot of the main sites by foot. That's about it.
Now the not so good. Upon arrival, our check in seemed fine until we got to the room and immediately noticed the "window" was an internal one that simply faced a brick wall. Light would come in but it felt like a dungeon. We booked the king room online because, naturally, it presents itself as larger and more equipped than the other offerings. We asked to change rooms and they showed us a twin room with an actual window. It seemed like a downgrade, considering we had paid for a nicer room with a bigger bed, but we accepted considering it wasn't a dungeon. Upon accepting, we were told that it would cost 800 yuan extra. What? For a downgrade? We assumed, if anything, we would be getting money back or they would simply swap rooms and we would eat the downgrade. That was nuts. Don't book the king room, I guess. Book the smaller twin room, which is somehow the upgrade?
The next failing of this place is the wifi. Or lack thereof. There simply is none. We did not manage to connect to their wifi at all for the 5 days we were there. Every time we went to them seeking assistance, they insisted it was our phones or our laptop. Or our vpn. Or...whatever else could be our fault. We had zero issues at our hotels all across China. None in Beijing, Chongqing, Chengdu, Wuhan....Check the wifi score on booking. This is clearly an issue at their hotel that they are not resolving.
Finally the breakfast. It was quite bad. We are fine with Chinese breakfasts and enjoyed them in Wuhan, Chongqing and elsewhere. This was simply a bad breakfast. The options would be 5 or 6 variations of the same thing (curd), a vat labeled quite literally "mush", some overly steamed bokchoy, some bland potatoes and then for the western options, pizza, fries, chicken nuggets and some stale cereal. The baked goods all tasted either like nothing, or something you would get at Walmart, if you're familiar with their low quality.
Tesisin konumu güzel şehir merkezinde , geniş odası idare eder yataklar çok sertti.
Yatakları çok sertti biraz rahatsızdı. Temizlik idare ederdi.
Loved the room's layout. Not huge but very functional and well thought out from a hotel customer's point of view. Room is also extremely clean and dailu cleaning services is excellent.
Location is super convenient. There are plenty of bottled water too.
The roads can sometimes be a little noisy. But hotel was proactive in providing fresh ear buds daily.
Central
Clean
It was central to everything. Comfortable beds and the bidet in the toilet is a plus point. The free laundry facilities was also a huge bonus. We enjoyed our 7 nights stay. Will return to this property next time we are in Xi’an
