Pros:

Great design, perfect location. Welcoming and helpful staff.

Cons:

Super noisy. You feel like sleeping on the street. The elevator slow and always busy, so you have to wait and wait and wait to take it. It costs definitely too much for how it is… I’ll never come back!!!

Pros:

We stayed here with our family before our flight home and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel kindly allowed us a late check-out until 1:00 pm, which helped us a lot and gave us time to enjoy the city and do some last shopping.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and had a fresh smell. Breakfast was excellent with good variety and quality food every morning. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay and made everything easy for us.

After a busy ski trip, this was a perfect place to relax before traveling home. We really appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay here again when visiting Milan.

Localisation très bien et personnel très agréable

Cons:

La suite exectuvive fait vieille , le jacuzzi pleins de truc se décollent et cette chambre ne vaut pas 700€ la nuit lol, 700€ la nuit le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas du tout! Petit déjeuner vraiment nul, les omelettes sont faites avec du jaune d’œuf liquide d’une bric…ya que la localisation et le personnel ok . Parking à 70€ le journée à côté lol…

Centralissima come posizione... praticamente dietro al Duomo

Cons:

Unico neo il mini bar in camera funzionale ma con porta a vetro e luci all'interno che facevano da cornice e accese durante tutta la notte....non ho idea se ci fosse la possibilità di spegnerle ... sinceramente non ho chiesto... comunque per tutto il resto era ok

Pros:

Chambre propre avec une belle décoration design. La chambre était grande. Le personnel est très serviable et souriant.

Cons:

Vu sur le cour intérieur. Linge de lit succinct (manque une couverture supplémentaire). Le petit déjeuner était correct mais rien d'exceptionnel.
