The Hotel am Nikolaiort public car park is directly underneath the hotel. In your satellite navigation system you can key in Nikolaiort or Dielinger Straße 40. Take the exit "Nikolaiort/Große Str." from the car park and the hotel entrance is on the left.
Guests arriving after 7 p.m must contact us, so that we can grant access.

There was possible to make tea/coffe in the room, also a bottle of water.
Room isolation is very bad.
I loved the location as it is in the center and everything you need is a few meters away. Supermarket, bars,cafés, and the shopping area.
The receptionist Nina is a wonderful person, very friendly and helpful. She was very responsive whenever I sent numerous messages before my visit , she answered promptly and efficiently

I just felt the single room was a bit small in size so I had to upgrade my room.
Practical
Key did not work.
Our room was excellent, spacious with a very large bed. The room was well maintained and very well decorated. We were close to the town centre so there was some noise from outside, which was understandable.
The hotel had a great location and was extremely comfortable. Parking was right under the hotel. There was even a friendly cat roaming about who assuaged my longing for my own cats.
All was fine!
