Good place to stay
Pros:

The hotel is relatively new or recently renovated, so it is clean and everything is in place. Some aspects are better than others, but it has a pool and sauna, so you can enjoy your stay. Around the hotel, there is a good selection of different restaurants and other businesses. Breakfast is awsom.

Cons:

The hotel has a specific layout. The cooling system does not work properly, and the minibar was empty. The hotel restaurant offers only pizza, even though we are in Hungary. The restaurant menu is somewhat limited and does not reflect a traditional Hungarian style.

Kellemes szállás központi helyen
Pros:

Jó volt, hogy volt wellness részlegük. Kedves a személyzet, finom volt a reggeli is.

Cons:

Nagyon meleg volt a szoba és a légkondin még nem lehetett hideget beállítani.
A wellnessrészleg eléggé kicsi, nagyobbra számítottunk.
A kései kijelentkezésre aránytalanul magas díjat számítanak fel.

Egy-két éjszakára tökéletes választás
Pros:

Mindenben segítőkész és kedves volt a személyzet. Különösen tetszett a nagy tér a szobában a nagy ablakokkal. Számomra mindig pozitívum, hogy kávékapszulákkal, teafilterekkel várják a vendégeket.
A reggeli kínálata pazar volt, és nagyon finom is.

Cons:

Hiányoltam a fürdőszobában egy fogast vagy polcot, ahova a törülközőt / ruhákat fel tudtuk volna akasztani.
Habár a hotelnek erre nem volt ráhatása, de sajnos kifogtunk egy busznyi gyerekcsapatot, akik több órán keresztül késő estig zsibongtak, csapkodták az ajtókat, ami egy idő után már zavaró volt.

Nem rossz, de ez nem üti a 4 csillagot.

Az elhelyezkedése jó

Cons:

A szoba nagyon nagyon kicsi. Szellőztetni elfelejtettek mielőtt érkeztünk, mikor beléptünk borzasztó állott bútorszag fogadott, szúnyogháló nincs, így legyeket és méheket üldöztük ki a szobánkból. Az ágy nagyon kényelmetlen, túl kemény a matrac, hangosan recseg- nyikorog a szerkezete, és nagyon laposak a párnák. Sajnos körömdarab is volt a “tiszta” ágyneműben….
A parkoló fizetését indokolatlannak tartom, úgy hogy nem is egy őrzött terület, csak a szálloda elé fel van festve, hogy csak a vendégek részére…
A szállodához tartozó pizzéria csak este 6kor nyit, kár, hogy nem hamarabb.
A wellness részleg nagyon nagyon kicsi, 2-nél több embernek már nem komfortos. A saunahoz illett volna a leírásban feltüntetni hogy infra es nem finn… Melegnek sem mondanám, jobb lenne jobban felfűteni.
A reggeli jó, van választék de túlzottan körülötted lihegnek és frusztrációt keltő a viselkedésük.
Továbbá illene egy szabály a hangoskodás betartására. Velünk egy időben egy gyereksereg szállt meg és este 11kor még azt hallgattuk ahogy randalíroznak a folyosón, ajtókat csapkodva.

Bunkó fogadtatás és lehúzós felárak mindenre

Cons:

Amikor megérkeztünk nagyon kedvesen közölték, hogy a választott szobába nem lehet kutyával tartózkodni. Mindezt annak ellenére, hogy a foglalásnál arra a kérdésre, hogy kisállattal érkezünk-e igennel válaszoltunk.
A kutya felár 30.000 HUF így senkinek az ég világon nem tudom ajánlani, illetve az apartman vagy lakosztály felára legalább duplájára dobja az egy éjszaka költségét.
Segítőkészség és rugalmasság az nulla, a stílus minősíthetetlen, illetve rajtuk kívül a vendég és a Booking.com hibázott ebben az esetben csak. Ők még csak egyetlen autómata üzenetben nem kérdezték vagy kértek visszajelzést, hogy kutyával érkezünk-e valóban, csak a spam jött.
