They advertised it as a wellness & spa hotel on booking.com because when you put the filter on wellness & spa hotel this hotel would appear which is simply not true. The pool is extremely small, the whirlpool was dirty. There were only 2 pool chairs. The pool was hard to get into and out. The beds in the rooms were SUPER hard and the matress just felt old. It was squeaking at every move. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. They didn’t even offer Dinner. The shower by the pool didn’t work it was only HOT water as same as the sink in the bathroom by the pool. The lady on day one said it’s a business hotel which is nowhere advertised. Also the lady on the second day was understanding she was the only good thing about the trip. We checked out early 1 day because we couldn’t stay there. Horrible experience. It would have been different if it was advertised then you know at least what you’re booking but this way it was very disappointing! Also the breakfast view was a petrol station & McDonald’s so not very relaxing! Never again

Ár-érték arányban jó.
Pros:

Érkezésre be volt hűtve a tetőteres apartmanszoba. A személyzet figyelmessége. A reggeli tálalása, a kínálat kiváló volt.

Cons:

Nagy értékű kerékpár elhelyezését, egy zsúfolt konyhai raktárban oldották meg, mivel a honlapon szereplő zárható "tároló", ami a szálloda rendzvényterme volt, nem zárható... Igaz, nem számolták fel a díját távozáskor, ami 1200 Ft lett volna éjszakánként...

Túlárazott szálláshely. Sokkal olcsóbbnak kellene lennie.

Az ágyon alig lehetett aludni, rugós volt, és kényelmetlen. A berendezések egyszerű jyskes, vagy ikeás bútorok.

Ich (m) bin mit meiner Freundin (Ungarin) dort gewesen. So haben wir beim Frühstück beiläufig vom Personal erfahren das die Ente auf dem Buffet von gestern ist.

Dazu kommt: WC Bürstenhalter oder WC hat Flüssigkeit verloren. Ekelhaft

Frühstück war allgemein von schlechter Qualität und Quantität

Lüfter im Bad funktionierte nicht darum gab es schimmel dort.

Die Mikrowelle in unserem Zimmer war nicht richtig gereinigt und das Gefrierfach war zugeeist.

Auf dem Bettlaken gab es einen kleinen Braunen Fleck. Ich hoffe es war Kaffee.

Die Kaffeemaschiene am Buffet sah auch nicht vertrauenswürdig aus. Viel Staub darauf und eine Beschädigung wurde mit Paketband ausgebessert.

Im Speisesaal kommen die oben angeklebten Dekoelemente von der Decke herunter.

Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder. Zum Glück waren wir nur 1 Nacht dort weil wir auf Durchreise waren.
