Very clean, and employees are friendly and it’s close to many things so I didn’t have to drive around once I parked

Perfect for one night
Pros:

Great location. Close to downtown. It was a bit loud at night and there were some guests who returned to their room around 2am who woke us up. Otherwise, perfect stay. The bed sheets were so clean.

Cons:

The pillows were too soft and it was a bit expensive.

Pros:

Location was perfect especially if you are in town to attend a concert in the city. Everything is in walking distance. Great restaurants nearby as well.

Great location for events at Van Andel!
Pros:

Love the location, the staff and the amenities. The bar on the roof was great though the kitchen was closed that night. Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was also fantastic!

Cons:

The hot water was barely a trickle in the sink but worked fine in the shower. The sibk drain also was very slow. We informed them at checkout and they assured us it it would be fixed. If we had asked during our stay, I'm sure they would have fixed it. It was only a minor inconvenience for the time we spent there.
