Great location for events at Van Andel!
Pros:

Love the location, the staff and the amenities. The bar on the roof was great though the kitchen was closed that night. Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was also fantastic!

Cons:

The hot water was barely a trickle in the sink but worked fine in the shower. The sibk drain also was very slow. We informed them at checkout and they assured us it it would be fixed. If we had asked during our stay, I'm sure they would have fixed it. It was only a minor inconvenience for the time we spent there.

Hotel property was excellent. Located close to the venue, valet parking was great.
Pros:

Location and breakfast were excellent. Service was very poor

Cons:

Waited a while before a server came to our table. Didn’t bring more coffee. Asked for sugar had to get it myself.

Séjour agréable dans un hôtel accueillant
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement de l’hotel tout près de downtown et de plusieurs restaurants.
Un très grand parking accolé à l’hotel est un plus même s’il est un peu cher (mais on est en ville et le parking est surveillé).
Nous conseillons de passer un peu de temps sur le roof top, un endroit accueillant dominant la ville où il fait bon prendre un verre.

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y a pas de petit dejeuner.
Étrangement la réception n’a pas pu nous renseigner sur les arrêts des bus DASH, bus gratuits pour se déplacer en ville
