It was a cool hotel in a great location. Our room was contemporary and comfortable. I requested extra pillows and they came pretty quickly. We faced the street and it was noisy until about 11pm (Saturday night). They have a great rooftop bar and it was a beautiful night to be outside for a cocktail. Did not eat at this hotel. They do have a parking ramp directly behind the hotel where we parked. We were supposed to be charged for it, but when we checked out, the desk clerk said to take our room key and there was no charge. Nice!

Cons:

When we checked in, the guy working the front desk wasn't very friendly, but the bar staff was great. Could improve on their housekeeping as the shampoo container in the shower was completely empty and we had only decaf coffee packs in our room. We informed the front desk and they apologized.

It was ok..
Cons:

It was ok… we booked a king suite for the night of our wedding an as soon as we got into our room it had a weird smell and there was trash that looked like it was just pushed under stuff. Plus the bathroom shower had flies all over in it. It wasn’t real pleasant for our first night as a married couple. Very disappointed an uncomfortable

Will definitely stay there again. Like the location

The staff was very friendly. The look of the hotel was very modern love the look the room was very nice.

Cons:

The only thing that I didn’t like that the staff forgot to tell me that I have to use the key to the room so I can use the elevator to go up

Pros:

Stayed at this hotel to attend a concert downtown. Very happy with our room and the services provided. We did end up using room service for dinner, as the restaurant was extremely busy.
