Two day stay in Grand Rapids to visit family and this hotel made it perfect.
Pros:

Great location. Very clean. Friendly staff. A bit expensive. Parking and breakfast was not included.

Cons:

Include parking in the price of the room. Include some snacks or beverages (other than tea and coffee) in the room.

Great overall experience staying at the Canopy!
Pros:

The cleanliness was top notch. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent for walkability.

Cons:

There was no pool for the kids to swim.

A great hotel in a great location! We will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Our room was clean and comfortable. I like the layout of both the room and the hotel. I also appreciated the location downtown close to restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The only downside is you have to pay $30 a night for parking.
