I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and had a pleasant experience overall.
Pros:

This time, we stayed for two nights and enjoyed the stay again. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable hotel with great staff, a convenient location, and an excellent breakfast. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Pros:
- Very clean rooms and common areas
- Quiet and peaceful, with no noticeable noise issues
- A newly opened gym, which is a great addition
- Excellent breakfast: very delicious, great atmosphere, good variety of foods, and fresh ingredients
- Very nice, pleasant, and patient staff who took the time to answer our questions
- Time Terrace (a mall with many restaurants and shops) is nearby
- A convenience store is located on the first floor

Cons:

My first stay was in October last year for about two weeks. The building does not have air conditioning during that time of year, which unfortunately was not communicated to us before booking. However, I really appreciated the staff’s responsiveness—they kindly brought a fan to our room to help with the warmer weather, which made a noticeable difference.

Cons (Additional):
Breakfast ends relatively early. It ends at 8:30 a.m. on weekdays and 9:30 a.m. on weekends, which may feel early for foreign guests compared to the faster-paced breakfast culture in Korea.
