Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Das Frühstück war für 11€ völlig ok. Es gab ein gutes Angebot.

Cons:

Es waren sehr warme Tage und im Hotel hat es sich so sehr aufgeheizt, dass man nicht in den Schlaf finden konnte.
Die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht richtig, so dass nach dem Duschen auch noch zusätzlich warme und feuchte Luft ins Zimmer
drang.

A wonderful stay with friendly staff, made even better with a few small room improvements.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, making it a great place to relax and explore the area. The staff were always friendly, polite, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was the condition of the leather headboards. They were heavily worn and peeling, which made the room look less inviting and made it unpleasant to use the bed. We believe that replacing or reupholstering the headboards with a more durable material would not be a major expense, but it would greatly improve the overall impression of the rooms and make guests feel much more comfortable.

Wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden. Sehr freundliches Personal, super Restaurant und schönes Zimmer.
Pros:

Super für Familie, alles was man braucht war vorhanden.

Cons:

Klassiker halt, unter dem Bett wurde nicht sauber gemacht. Durch kleinerer Kinder fällt sowas auf.

Schönes Hotel, in dem der Gast wertgeschätzt wird.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage am Rande von Groß Umstadt.
Sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal. Ein Beispiel: Als ich kam, war mein Zimmer noch nicht bereit zum Einchecken - ich war zu früh dran. Bekam auf meine Nachfrage für die Wartezeit einen Cappuccino und ein Croissant.
Insgesamt hatte das Personal dort eine unaufdringliche Freundlichkeit an sich und reagierte sehr aufmerksam auch auf Kleinigkeiten, die man nicht explizit geäußert hat. Man merkt, dass dem Team dort das Wohlbefinden der Gäste am Herzen liegt.

Een heerlijk rustige plek waar we prima hebben kunnen ontspannen.
Pros:

Heerlijke kamer met bubbelbad en balkon, wat een luxe. Rustige locatie dus heerlijk stil.
Ook een sauna bij het hotel waar het erg stil was dus heerlijk samen kunnen zitten.
Leuk wandelpad in de buurt en ook een stadswandeling te doen in het centrum, leuk!
Ontbijt was prima, eten in het restaurant erg gezellig en lekker en gratis parkeren

Cons:

Fijn als de koffie nog een keer aangevuld zou worden als je een koffiemachine op de kamer hebt staan

Hotel mit Seele und Herz das hält was es verspricht.

Sehr gepflegtes mit der Zeit gegangenes Hotel in den Weinbergen. Das Hotelteam ist herzlich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist köstlich.

Perfekt für einen kleinen Urlaub
Pros:

Alles war tipptopp und in einer wunderschönen Lage am Rande von Groß Umstadt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und auch für die Kinder gibt es viele schöne Angebote wie zum Beispiel der kleine Spielplatz vor dem Haus und die niedlichen Kaninchen. Das Personal war super aufmerksam und hat uns sehr gut betreut, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen bei nächster Gelegenheit gerne wieder. Was auch sehr zu empfehlen ist, ist das Restaurant, wo wir sehr lecker gegessen haben.

Alles war tadellos.
