Winter weekend at the beach.

Pros:

The property itself is in a good location. The room we had was clean and the view was great.

Cons:

There needs to be more warning about the capacity and noise. It’s by far the loudest and most crowded hotel I’ve been to in ocean city. Everything echos. In addition, the elevators are very small and very slow. It was so loud in the hotel we left and never stayed the night. The pool was insanely busy. The hotel staff do not greet guests, they are too busy playing on cellphones and using AirPods to notice when anyone walks in

We froze tried to get help but the temperature had to be not working . It was miserable

I love the hotel location

Cons:

The room was so cold and the heat would not work I called the front desk they told me what to do to unlock it but it would not work . We froze and it was miserable the no heat was so bad! We froze to death almost ! We left early the next day I don’t think I would stay there again ever.

I’ve had better motel visits
Pros:

The hotel was close to the beach and other attractions like restaurants and the boardwalk.

Cons:

The room wasn’t very clean and the bathroom vent on the ceiling leaked badly. Phone in room didn’t work, and when both issues were reported to front desk nothing was addressed. When we asked about room cleaning, it wasn’t completed until we had returned from touring the city for hours and mentioned again that it needed to be done.
We let staff know ahead of time that we needed accessibility accommodations and nothing was accounted for. Accessible parking spots were always taken and front desk staff were curt and generally unwilling to make suggestions or accommodate for my son’s disability. He felt like an inconvenience, and I never wanted him to experience that at a hotel on our vacation

Stay was ok most likely not staying here again.for the amount I spent it was a let down

Being on the bayside and walking distance to the boardwalk

Cons:

No water for almost 7 hrs on the first night. No fire pits or cabanas like they mentioned. The bartender I had the first time we went was very rude. Didn’t go back to the bar after that. Tiki bar was just a joke. 3 out of the 4 drinks I purchased were not what we asked for. Also the tiki bartender putting their own tips on our bill without even letting me know what it was. Staff using the elevators to bring down trash from the restaurant on the 8th floor wasn’t pleasant.
