Cons:

Had no extra rolls of toilet paper in room so due to extended stay the second morning we had no toilet paper, called front desk and it took them over two hours to bring paper to room.

We love staying here...so many positives! The location, the restaurant, the swimming pools and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable! The staff was very understanding when we had to leave unexpectedly due to my father's failing condition.

The hotel is beautiful and walking distance to restaurants and boardwalk. There is no complementary breakfast. Parking is included with stay.

Cons:

The hotel lighting is pretty dumb and you have to use your key card to keep the light on.

Our stay was amazing. The location was very convenient for fishing, going to boardwalk. With a high level room the view

The view was beautiful. Location is very convenient for the things we wanted to and board walk is less then a 3 min walk

Cons:

Theres a lot of traffic in and out the lobby and elevators for the rooftop restaurant

Cons:

elevator service, extremally slow and crowded: restaurant customers, restaurant staff, restaurant deliveries with large carts (same delivery with large carts - glad food was fresh), hotel guest, hotel maid services with large carts, hotel maintenance services w/ tools carts, etc.
