Pros:

Despite barely knowing Japanese, I was able to use google translate to communicate what I needed and they were accomodating

Cons:

Nothing really. If anything elevator ran slow but you can't really control that when you're on the 12th floor.

食べて無いので、分かりません。

Cons:

車椅子、対応の、部屋が有ったら良かったです。

バリアフリー♿の部屋ではなかったので、トイレとか、お風呂に入るに、とても大変でした。
