Very poor, find a better budget place if I were you.
Pros:

👎🏼Negatives

Came for two days to Merida with my girlfriend and this hotel was probably the worst hotel we've ever stayed in (I am aware it is budget, but it's still worse than all the other budget ones we have stayed at).

Bedroom and toilet are in the same room, there is no door to the toilet, you just walk around a wall to go, but the wall is so low that a male of average height can easily see over.

THERE ARE NO CURTAINS OR BLINDS!!! This was ridiculous and meant we couldn't get any decent sleep past 6am - not fun when you're on holiday.

There are also many insects in the room, which meant we woke up each morning with new bites.

👍🏼Positives

There aren't many, but there is air-conditioning which works, it is quite cheap, the staff are satisfactory (although reception is often closed) and the location is good. These small redeeming qualities bring it to 2/5.

Todo bien, cuartos limpios, por el precio ofrecen lo que cuesta, tiene agua caliente y las camas comodas. El estacionamiento es excelente!

Pros:

Creí que seria un hotel básico pero si esta feo, las habitaciones muy descuidadas, sucias, con bichos, no me atreví a usar las sabanas, tuve que poner algo sobre la cama porque las sabanas estaban amarillas de sucias, parece que ni las lavan, tampoco es muy barato, ya que por el costo puedes quedarte en otro lugar mejor en ciudad, me arrepentí pero solo use para dormir.
