Worst experience ever

Cons:

Everything is bad. This hotel is a total scam. The lady at the front desk told us that they don't accept online reservations, but they take deposit and full payments from those online reservations.

nothing. the service is poor, the rooms are over priced.

Cons:

I booked a room through Booking.com at a specific price. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that they do not work with Booking.com, and the price for the room was actually double. Interestingly, the hotel had previously sent me a message via Booking.com expressing their anticipation for my stay.

I was charged on my credit card to "secure" the room and the quoted price, but the hotel claimed that Booking.com made this debit without their knowledge and instructed me to contact Booking.com for a refund. The hotel refused to take responsibility for the miscommunication between them and Booking.com. The room itself was basic and overpriced. I definitely won't be booking there again!

La estancia no cuenta con agua caliente y las camas para descansar son muy muy duras, la señorita de recepción de la mañana muy amable y la de la tarde nada que ver, yo recomiendo mejor el desayuno

Me dijeron q las visitas no están permitidas que pasen a las habitaciones, y tampoco te pueden dar más de una llave por habitación, la ubicación es conveniente pero les falta mucho en cuanto a servicio al cliente

La propiedad en general es pequeña pero tiene lo necesario, tienen algunos artículos en venta en la recepción como bebidas, algunos panes y galletas e incluso algunos accesorios como gafas de sol, entre otros, lo malo es que los colchones son muy duros, el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir en la regadera, y se escucha perfectamente lo que pasa en las habitaciones contiguas. A pesar de reservar para 3 personas, solo nos dejaron 2 toallas en la habitación. Tienen un café de cortesía de 8:00 a 10:00 muy bueno

Pros:

El personal no avisa a la llegada que si existe alguna necesidad, te van hablar. Te acusan de que te estacionas mal. Y el personal tiene la responsabilidad de ir acomodando y ordenando. Otros hoteles asi lo hacen. Nos hablan a las 5am. De una manera brusca y nos acusan que no dejamos salir. Revicen las camaras. Porque no es la manera, ni la forma de tratar a los huéspedes en un hotel. Ya no pudimos descansar. Mejor nos fuimos justo cuando empezo amanecer. Aparte eramos 3 adultos, 2 de la tercera edad. No es justo tratar a las personas de esa forma.
