Great hotel in a charming town.
Pros:

Beautiful and interesting concept. Food was good. The oatmeal was marked as famous snd I understand why! Staff were helpful and kind. Highly recommend staying. Having spa on location made taking a day just at the hotel relaxing.

Cons:

Parking not ideal either you pay quite a bit or park at the bottom of the hill.

Huoneet olivat siistit, hiljaiset ja sängyt hyvät nukkua. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja lisäpyynnöt toteutettiin sujuvasti ja sovitun mukaisesti. Aamupala oli erinomainen.

Cons:

Huoneen hiustenkuivaaja oli huono. Sillä oli vaikea kuivata, koska se toimi ainoastaan silloin, kun kädensijat puristi. Kuivaaminen oli vaikeaa heikommalla kädellä ja pidemmän päälle.

Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä, sänky mukava, huone rauhallinen ja tilava.

Cons:

Aamiaishuoneen siisteys, ruokien täydentäminen. Huoneen kylpyhuoneessa viemäristä tulevia ötököitä lattialla (sokeritoukka).

Great staff, expensive parking.

Cons:

The parking is not complimentary and costs €23 per day (including the app service fee). This was not clearly communicated in advance and significantly increased the overall cost of our stay. Additionally, a parking attendant checked vehicles at least twice a day, which felt somewhat intrusive.

We had specifically booked a room with a bathtub, which was confirmed by the hotel beforehand. But since we were traveling with our dog, we were ultimately given a room without one. This was disappointing, as it was an important feature for us.

Finally, the pet area is not easily accessible, which made things difficult when moving around with a stroller.

Pros:

Kakolan historia oli otettu hyvin huomioon esim.sisustuksessa. Televisiosta tuleva ohjelma historiasta, vankien ja vartijan tarinat mielenkiintoisia. Voisi ajatella, että oli myös pieni opintomatka.

Cons:

Opastekyltti funikulaarille näkyvämmin. Enemmän kalaa voisi olla valikoimissa. Lämpöinen ruoka pitäisi olla lämpöisempää.

Loistavan persoonallinen hotelli, aamupala monipuolinen. Plussaa oli kylpylä lähellä ja hotelliasukkaat saivat alennusta pääsymaksusta.
