Pros:

I liked that once the gate was open you can park directly in the front.

Cons:

Breakfast was large and expansive but nothing I would eat. Would be nice to have eggs made to order. It is In the middle of a very chaotic street. Room is clean but extremely dated. Staff were kind. I paid $250 which was terrible value for the stay .

Extremely disappointing if you are looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay.
Pros:

Physical decor is beautiful. Breakfast was outstanding. Location can't be beat. Cleanliness was wonderful. Cleaning staff and restaurant staff were great. Had to argue with hotel manager about paying taxi because we could not get to the hotel and had to park a mile away. Next day, though, desk staff were helpful and very accommodating about retrieving our car.

Cons:

This place is party land! We love dancing and music, but this hotel is more interested in providing a party venue than providing sleep for guests. We would have moved out except that we had paid two nights non-refundable in advance and the third night one of us was very sick with stomach problems. Halls were full, doors were slamming, loud music and drumming from a salon a few doors down the hall and downstairs too until midnight! Smoke in hallways. Sound proof rooms are advertised in the description! If these parties are what makes this hotel popular, then it should be included in the description and guests should be invited if they choose to come. I can include two videos that will give an idea of the noise level. Really off the scale! We stayed in Eastern Turkey for 30 days. This was our most expensive hotel as we wanted to celebrate our last three nights with comfort and luxury. False advertising!

Parking and arrival were extremely difficult. This would not be an issue for people being transported from the airport, but for guests arriving in a rental car BEWARE!! Saturday afternoon, Urfa is jammed. (We would have come earlier in the day if we had been forewarned.) We spent two hours repeatedly trying to get to the hotel. The narrow uphill entrance ramp was blocked with cars with no drivers inside. No way to stop on the street. No way to get to the hotel. We circled several times trying to access. Finally, using what's app I suggested to the manager that we park at another hotel. Hotel manager said go for it and get a taxi. Other hotel said no, so we parked at a museum and had the Ali Han call a taxi. Then they did not want to pay for the taxi or the parking! It was a nightmare. Again, this would not be an issue for guests without their own transportation.

Otel Balıklıgöl'ün dibinde. Ya otelde ya karşıda ya da arkasında sıra gecesi oluyor, 23.00'ten önce uyumanız imkansız.
Yeri ultra iyi. Oda servisi menüsü çok geniş, fiyatları dışarısı gibi, tercih edilir.

Kahvaltı yeterli fakat acı çok şey var. Urfa'da her yediğinizin acılığından emin olmalısınız. yataklar rahattı. Odalar sıcak oluyor. Klima maalesef çalıştığında aşırı kötü koktuğundan çalıştırmadık, idare ettik.

Otel kesinlikle tekrar tercih edilir yalnız fiyatı biraz fazla.

Was a great room and view. All the good stuff is walkable. Also, they arranged a round trip driver to Gobekli Tepe for a very reasonable rate. Can’t miss with this one.

A different hotel atmosphere very near to the Fish lake and other attractions. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Room is spacious with adequate amenities. Buffet bfast has vast variety to choose from.

Gayet temiz ve özenle dizayn edilmiş. Açık büfe kahvaltı, ev konforunda hissettiğimiz bir yer. Personelin nazik ve kibarlığı en önemli detay olabilir. Çıkış saati olmasına rağmen vize özel alan yaratıp ilgilendi. Herkesin emeğine sağlık.
