Very friendly staff, comfy room with nice facilities.
Broken glass under the bed. Shelf under sink falling off & lifts were dirty. Also be mindful although advertised as at the O2 it is at least a 20 minute walk from here.
The interor design
My to did not work
The hotel was lovely and modern, it felt very clean and tidy and staff were very friendly
The location was abit sketchy in the evening for 2 girls
Comfy room
First room we were given was very dirty and wet floor and the tv didnt work
Nothing.
Its location and advertised proximity to the O2 are misleading. I was alone and had to walk through some pretty baron land and pathways to get to the location late at night.
First room had a soaking wet bedroom carpet and smelled.
Relocated to a better room but it’s right on the highway and the noise was awful. Barely slept.
The curtains are blackout which is great. The hotel room was lovely and very ideal. The bathroom shower is very big and the water temp can go very hot. The customer service was lovely from arrival to end. They also provide free water in the hotel reception which is super convenient if you’re getting back late. It’s a slightly odd location but exactly a 20 minute walk to the O2 which is why we booked it.
The floor of the bathroom could probably do with a clean between the tiles. When some water went on the floor, I went to wipe it up and there was some brownish residue which wasn’t that nicest.
Funky n retro
Nothing
Intersting layout and fairly good security
Cleanliness was lacking, maintenance of rooms and open areas was disappointment, in lobby can hear the waste water in pipes, had two single beds but were very small and moved when rolled over, bugs in room, no main light installed just side lights, no working ventilation in bathroom, multiple items and furniture broken, overall hotel needs refresh and overhaul
pleasant decor
The bathroom in both rooms were smelly.
The rooms were too hot with no way to set the aircon to a lower temperature, so windows had to be opened onto a very loud road
The inside did not match the outside. Don't judge a book by the cover, it was amazing on the inside.
Very comfy, clean and I could happily die with the overhead shower.
Bit pricy, but I suppose it's London and it's close to the O2 Arena.
