Perfect location and rain shower
Window to noisy motorway didn’t close properly and hard mattress
The breakfast was great, lots to choose from
The location was close to the O2 which is convenient, about a 15 minute walk
Staff were very friendly and accomodating, all of the time we were there they were happy to help and wanted to have conversations
Some of the elements to the room were falling apart, for example the cardpad fell off the door, the toilet button was loose.
The breakfast, although had great selection, could have been different from time to time. You have a choice of fruit juices but the fresh ones were the same, as well as the english breakfast options.
Also the purchasable items at the front desk were good but didnt have much selection.
AC system to the room was locked for the first 3 out of 4 days we were there
Good location for the O2 Area, rooms were big for London, great shower, comfy bed, air-con, quiet rooms even with being next to the road we weren’t disturbed. Would stay again if at an event at O2
Not much to do in the area apart from the o2. Beer was quite flat at the bar!
They don’t help customer reheat their leftover foods. Does that mean every customer leftover foods have to be disposed away😡

Nothing - the surrounding area isn’t great (but nothing to do with the hotel!) but actually once you’ve walked 5 mins away towards the river in Greenwich, there’s lovely pubs and restaurants.

This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff”s lack of professionalism, interest in keeping the standard of this hotel is shocking and appalling
The room is disgustingly dirty. The carpets in the hotel are dirty and smelly.
I paid 410euros for 2 nights thinking that it’s the radisson red but it was really not worth it.
No toilet brush, when I asked for a toilet brush the staff brings be a dirty old toilet brush which is completely unhygienic and what do I do after I use the brush where do I put it ?
Fridge in the room looks like hasn’t been cleaned for ages
Would definitely strongly advise to avoid going to stay there

The room had a really strong smell like a car air freshener, made me feel sick the whole night,

Good location for the O2 and the air conditioning was a god send this weekend! Even though you’re close to a major road, we did not hear the traffic. Hotel smells lovely and fresh.

A huge tv in the corner of the room hanging off so wall stopped is using that side of the bed and a large unneeded chair at the other side taking up more space in an already tiny room.
Not the most polite staff, average but nothing else.

Tiny bar, big enough for 4 people max.
