Very convenient, good decor and lovely staff.
Last time i stayed was better even though it still had significant signs of a run down place
This time the bed was super uncomfortable as they had joined two single beds with a zipped mattress on too resulting ti a huge crater in the middle of it. Slept horribly and beds keep moving around while we were adjusting during sleep.
Room very run down, broken shelf in bathroom, good do with a better clean too

Noise from the lift and the dual carriageway all through the night
The shower was blocked, so the shower room flooded. The zip in between the TWO mattresses kept coming undone with made sleeping hard as I had to keep zipping the bed together. The hotel cleanliness was very poor. I arrived on friday and there was still rubbish in the same place when I left on sunday. Parking was a massive issue aswell, I payed for parking then there was no spaces for me due to the space been taken by the restaurant on the top floor so I had to move my car 3 times after the restaurant had closed and spaces were free. The lights didnt work either, so lighting was very limited and the TV remote wouldnt always work.
Very disappointed with a £200 stay.
Not a lot really
We were given an upgrade apparently but was an accessible room. The room was filthy, smelt of cigarette smoke as obviously had someone smoke in it over the last couple of days. The corner of the room has the waste pipe for other rooms so heard running water all night. It was so noisy in the corridor and you heard everything everyone was saying. In the morning the smell of weed was awful
