Excellent location, comfy rooms, parking is a problem

Excellent location for the o2, comfortable rooms and nice breakfast.
Friendly staff in the breakfast area.

Cons:

Parking is a nightmare! Advertised as spaces on a first come first serve basis but there is such limited spaces.
Staff on reception on arrival were not very warm and welcoming at all.
