Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff nice.
Superior room was of poor quality to be called superior room. Poor Lightning, very dusty, bed headboard was Dirty, side table if you Open the drawer it’s with mold. For 4star hotel its unexpectable.
Girl who checked me in should learn how to be Professional for hotel receptionist.

Parking charges - extremely high!!
Hotel itself is nice. Good looking and rooms are good. Will worth a bit of improving in carpets cleaning.
The bar could stay open until late night. Such a nice place and not being able to have a beer at 11pm is a bit ridiculous. Not even a snack at night.
I had a really nice stay overall. The hotel was clean, stylish, and had a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Everything felt well-organised and comfortable.
The only issue was the bed. It was made from two single beds pushed together, which wasn’t very comfortable as they kept separating in the middle. For a couple, this made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. A proper double bed would make a big difference.
Service , no response for complaints - never will book again
I loved my stay here!! The staff were incredible. Jose went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. He was so quick with replying to my email and was extremely friendly when I checked in and out. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely be staying here!!
Decent location next to nice area of Greenwich
Room was decent size with decent toilet and shower facilities
Toilet sink was clogged upon arrival, would take forever to empty out, not very clean
Mould on the shower caulking
AC was not functional
No water provided in room, had to purchase £5.50 bottles of water as no shops nearby
