가격대비 깔끔하고 아늑했습니다. 화장실과 욕실이 분리된 점이 가장 좋았고 공기 청정기등 최신식 시설이 좋았습니다. 콘센트도 넉넉히 마련되어있고, 프레스코 세븐 일레븐, 패밀리 마트등도 가깝고 테라마치와도 가깝고 바로 근처가 교토공원이라 산책하기도 좋았습니다.
