ONE STOP SHOP THAT KEPT THE KIDS AND HUSBAND HAPPY
Pros:

It was a one stop shop close to the venue our daughter was competing at. The convivence of being able to have dinner downstairs was fantastic. I will rebook for the rest of our competitions for the year.

Pros:

The bed was very cozy.
Nice size room & bathroom
Only downside is the room did not have a microwave. We arrived quite late and just wanted a quick meal and go to bed, so we weren't able to have our dinner that night.

Cons:

There is no reception desk as such...you walk through a pub to a door that has a computer behind it,then a human checks you in ,in the stairwell up to the accomodation...strange access.

Pros:

We stay here every couple of weeks for doctors appointments and it is always very clean and tidy. Staff are always friendly and the food is excellent

I am happy with the room, location, staff, food and drinks!
Pros:

The family studio was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had free drinks in the bar! Thank you! Our dinner at the hotel was yummy and my sons were full. Michelle was a very helpful staff.

Cons:

It would be better if there was an elevator. Overall, our stay was awesome!

Stayed there twice, once with the family in the big room and it was perfect then once on my own in a normal room and it
Pros:

Second time I’ve stayed there, been great both times with the family and once on my own. Comfortable clean bed, big bathroom and easy location

Cons:

Some bottled water in the room fridge would be good
