Really pleasant check in experience. Tidy and clean and nice food.
Pros:

Almost the perfect visit. Not only did we enjoy some really nice food but we also used the accomodation services. Check in was good and friendly. The little extras you were given for the accommodation were unexpected and really nice.

The room very tidy but had an interesting smell. We couldn’t find it like a sock under the bed type smell but not overpowering.

The rooms very clean otherwise and well sized. Our only suggestion is please please please rotate the mattresses.

It is as friendly and welcoming. Just like how need need it.

Cons:

Slight funky smell in the room we couldn’t find the trace. Not overpowering but we noticed it.

Beds need rotating badly.

Great stay, lovely staff and very convenient
Pros:

The property was well cared for and very comfortable.

Cons:

Only minor note, the walls were a bit thin and could hear lots of slamming doors and people in the hallways.

Pros:

The room was adequately equipped but if it had been any smaller it would have been classed as tiny.
Food was good value, pensioners special at $16 with 10% discount and two free drinks.

Cons:

Noise of doors being slammed shut at 4AM throughout the building, presumably by the night shift shutting up. Then other guests starting up at 6AM.

We enjoyed our stay at the Commercial. Will definitely return and will recommend to others.
Pros:

Staff were courteous. Room was comfy, neat and very quiet.

Cons:

Walls in room and halls could be cleaner. Greasy hand marks. Not offensive, but cleaning could lift the energy.

Pros:

We were there to take the kids to the footy and the location was excellent. It was easy to get to and from the stadium. The food at the tavern was also great and the staff were so helpful.
