We enjoyed our stay at the Commercial. Will definitely return and will recommend to others.
Pros:

Staff were courteous. Room was comfy, neat and very quiet.

Cons:

Walls in room and halls could be cleaner. Greasy hand marks. Not offensive, but cleaning could lift the energy.

Pros:

We were there to take the kids to the footy and the location was excellent. It was easy to get to and from the stadium. The food at the tavern was also great and the staff were so helpful.

It was a well run, easy check in process, the wonderful bubbly staff member that looked after us, was a valve to your hotel.

Cons:

Stairs access only advised once booking was complete. Would be very disappointing for elderly or wheelchair bound customers. Should be disclosed at the beginning of listing.
