Clean, tidy and quiet but disproportionately expensive
Pros:

The property was clean and tidy. The location for us was great as it was near to the function we were attended. The room was comfortably and quiet.

Cons:

I didn’t think the property was very good value for money. I also was surprised when I requested to check in an hour and quarter early (so we could change for a wedding) and was charged app 7.5% of over night rate. Even luxury hotels don’t typically do this….

ONE STOP SHOP THAT KEPT THE KIDS AND HUSBAND HAPPY
Pros:

It was a one stop shop close to the venue our daughter was competing at. The convivence of being able to have dinner downstairs was fantastic. I will rebook for the rest of our competitions for the year.

The bed was very cozy.
Nice size room & bathroom
Only downside is the room did not have a microwave. We arrived quite late and just wanted a quick meal and go to bed, so we weren't able to have our dinner that night.

Rooms were comfortable

Cons:

There is no reception desk as such...you walk through a pub to a door that has a computer behind it,then a human checks you in ,in the stairwell up to the accomodation...strange access.
