Dirty place, air conditioning is broken, nobody to attend, no staff. Luckily i booked only 1 night.

If you're looking to sleep with geckos, roaches and silverfish with minimal toiletries and next to zero communication with staff, then this is the spot for you

Very dirty rooms with nasty insects crawling all over, all bathroom fixtures are broken and nasty, my room was upgraded and the upgraded room had an open sliding door that could not be locked and secured even after multiple complains, no staff around to give you bathroom tissues or clean towels, one guy only waters flowers and refuses to do anything else and he gets all the money

Good quiet location. My unit had an ocean view. Great deal for price paid. Everything in working condition. Check in time 3 to 615 pm ,so make sure you arrive duing this time or you will not gain access till the next day. It was posted on their site before i booked. Ariived at 6.23 pm and had to find anther place for the night.

It looks closed.. Everything is all boarded up. You look through the windows the furniture is all stacked and closed up in the rooms. No one answers the number on the door when you arrive - which does not match the number on Expedia. 0 information was provided in advance. They do not respond via Expedia. DO NOT BOOK.

The area and price was nice. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room itself needed some renovation attention. Mold and shower issues.

Property location was good it’s just there is no property manager to give supplies like towels soap shampoo

We were there to check in during the allotted time. Property was locked. Another guest let us in. The place was filthy. Literally garbage everywhere. The trash had not been taken out for weeks. There were no toiletries, including no towels and no toilet paper. The sheets and pillow cases were filthy. There were some mind of white stains all over the futon. They had not been changed before our stay. The water dispenser was empty the entire stay. Bugs were all over the floor. The lobby stayed locked the entire time we were there. Their whole website is an entire lie! I wish I could post my pictures.

The entire place was dirty, trash everywhere! Bags and bags of trash at the entrance and on every level of the hotel. Massive amount of bugs, broken glass. Noone is ever in the lounge to help. Only got into the hotel because a guest let us in. Sheets were gross dirty and stained. Mold all over the shower. Staines on the sheets and bedding. Will NEVER be back. I recommend NO ONE TO EVER STAY HERE!!

Property need upgrade

You are literally getting what you’re paying for. We stayed for 3 nights. The room we stayed in was moldy, old, and unsatisfactory. We had no controller for the tv. Only got 2 towels the whole stay.

-No one ever came to switch the sheets/towels.
-Floor tiles were cracked
-moldy doors, walls, furniture, etc
- disconnected phone
-not all the lights in the room work
-stinky mini fridge
-the view of the ocean in overpowered by an abandoned building right in front.

Not worth the stay at all.

Nothing in the room worked as I would have expected. The TV, curtains, room safe, door lock, ceiling fan, were all broken. Some furniture was new, some severely deteriorated or stained. Expedia rates this at 3 stars. I give it 1.5.

Other places close by worth the extra few dollars; hidden fees

I did not like that there was nobody at the property for the check in. I were with my family on the street ringing and calling to the hotel, but,no one opened or answer the phone

I was not able to view local channels on TV in room. Room did not provide daily cleaning and extra toilet paper in restroom. There were lizards in the patio area and a big one was trying to come inside my room.

The only thing I liked was the location and AC.

The pictures and reviews are no way accurate. The room hadn't been dusted in weeks, the toilet seat was broken, toilet hadn't been cleaned and had stains, the headboard had head sweat stains. I felt the front desk attendants were not present. The stay was comfortable and views are amazing. The location is also ideal, but the hotel is not 8/10, more like 4/10. The hotel is WAY overpriced as well.
