Room was small,mouldy wooden panels,poor ventilation and irresponsible staff attitude.

Cons:

They provided a smaller and different version of the triple occupancy room than the one shown in the booking.com.The room was very small, floorboards were dirty and poorly ventilated.The wooden panelled walls were full of mould.Hence travelling with an infant and old parents the room posed a serious health risk of allergic reaction and breathing difficulty.Informing the pathetic status of the room to the front desk was not useful as they offered to upgrade to a different room with additional charges when it was their responsibility to provide a clean and livable room.Totally dissatisfied how they can provide such unclean and uninhabitable room to guests and even on bringing up the issue ,they were not ready to accept the pathetic state of the room, risking our health. Being a health professional myself i am aware of the harmful effects of sleeping in a poorly ventilated mouldy room even for one night.So i vacated the room and had a worst experience at the hotel.Irresponsible attitude by the staff.
