Pros:

Beautiful older hotel very nicely updated / renovated in historic downtown. Room very nice, shower exceptional, bathroom great. Lobby and attached restaurant very nice. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Everything great annd would recommend hotel. One minor issue of noise - we were on 3rd floor and heard street noise and motorcycles revving on a busy Saturday night.

Cons:

I love a Nespresso, but wanted regular coffee in the morning. No choice for a carafe on room service menu. They called and asked what that was, I had written it on on the card. It was delivered in a metal water pitcher. Cold within 30 min. Cream was in a paper cup, no spoon or stir sticks. I would have expected a little better.

Everything was beautiful about this property. We love the location and the views of the mountains. The staff was pleasant. The rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable. The food on the rooftop was great as was the restaurant on the main level. Oh, and I can’t forget the cocktails. Our 10 year-old daughter also loved the property, food and her fancy mocktails. It was a little chilly outside and one of the weight staff brought her a blanket, as well as lit the fire pit on the rooftop. Later that evening they had live music that was perfect for the scene. We were told that after 9 PM it becomes adults only which I think is great.

Cons:

The only thing that I truly did not like about this property was we could hear loud music from our room on the 14th floor that apparently there’s some club that is across the street. The music did not stop until 2 in the morning, although we heard from one guest that the club is supposed to do a silent party after 11 PM but apparently they decided to not go silent that night.
I didn’t necessarily not like that there was a marathon the next morning but we were awakened by them testing the microphone at 6:30 AM. I just wish that we had been made aware of the events that we’re going on so that could help us make a decision if we wanted to stay there or not. I mean, trying to go to sleep at 2 AM because of loud music and then being waking up at 6:30AM wasn’t great.
